@TSB my account is overdrawn to bank error but yet nothing can be done this is shambolic to say the least! If FSU say you can only have 3 payment plan a year it’s a joke tbf

@TSB the app. Local store is closed for refurbishment. Currently £60 out of pocket from unauthorized payments and more pending which I can’t speak to anyone about. Completely unacceptable level of service.
