    @TSB so apparently when you complain about a staff member lying to you , TSB customer relations asks them if they have lied or not and draw a conclusion !

    @TSB Thanks Alex, then why does your generally well known to be terrible online banking system accept a weekend date, why not just have a system that greys out unavailable date ?

    @TSB app down again, how are people going to do the banking when you close your branches. Keep them open. App is always down and always says the problem is at your end
