@TSB No response, continuing the excellent example of customer service!! When will this problem be solved, I have been trying to make payment for several hours, and cannot. This is an absolutely appalling level of customer service. How you can be considered a "major bank" is beyond me

Come on @TSB & @Xero - it’s about time you fixed the bank feed issues. It’s not worked properly since September. Today it won’t reconnect at all. How long does it take? We just get the same old answers “we are aware of the problem” “we are doing our best to fix” NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@TSB Same typical standard answers you keep spouting for nearly 12 months. It would be more useful to be honest to your customers that you don’t know how to fix it and we could make an inform decision to change banks.
