@TSB can you please explain where my money is? You made 4 duplicate payment from 02/03 which I understood there was an issue with everyone. But You’ve then made another 3 duplicate payments. You put the money back in but there is £120 now randomly missing. Stop stealing my money!

@TSB @FionaCochran11 But, will you be transparent and publish the reason for the problem. And I mean a real breakdown, not just PR spin. Many tech companies do this and it actually builds trust. I'm waiting with baited breath

  • MR_PAUL_BYRNE Paul Byrne (@MR_PAUL_BYRNE) reported

@TSB I’m still waiting to use my card as TSB chat told me they had blocked it yesterday following over £3000 being taken my mistake. No response yesterday on the chat to the issues. Please can you respond urgently. Finally time to switch I think, need customer service.

  • GazzaRuss89 gaz (@GazzaRuss89) reported

@TSB I get that you’ve refunded people but a nice touch would be offering some compensation as you left a lot of people overdrawn even £50 compensation will be better than paying £550 to FOS per customer surely?

  • Soxthewavingcat Sox the waving cat (@Soxthewavingcat) reported

@TSB I hope every customer this effected will be given a extra payment by yourself or do we have to register a complaint
