Tony Drake (@TonyDra61431085) reported@TSB is legal for you to send defaults to a different address where I've never lived at or registered with you. What action has been taken against your rogue employee working in your customer relations department, oh this is 189th time of asking

Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?
-
Uzair (@UZAlR) reported@TSB why does it take 2 working days to get a statement generated? Other banks is literally a click away… Please fix this
-
Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@TSB Also, you probably sent me an email, which I could not reply to - how rude,- telling me to an open an account with @TSB because you had just closed my account because it was not being run properly. I am terribly sorry but I could not work for 5 years because I had heart problems

Potters (@spotter75) reported@TSB So how can you describe it as being free of charges then - sounds like it is triggered when ever it’s paid off. So if the customer pays early (unless in the last 90 days) they will pay a fee. Your website doesn’t make it clear. Heard of Consumer Duty?!
-
Size Twelve (@BigTaes) reported@TSB Once again you advertise an outage from 11.30pm on Sat 6th Dec, but the site is already down at 10.30pm "whilst we make some changes ". Why do you repeatedly take your production systems offline way ahead of advertised outage start times? Are customers an inconvenience? 😡

Sparky Shiny (@sparkyshiny) reported@TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP
