  @TSB yet again the app and website is down.... need to pay bills. I want access to my online account and i want to be able to pay my bills... Shambles of a bank. At least 6 service issues a year. Leaving by close of business today

  @TSB made a payment and the person has not received it and it has not showed up in my transactions either. Is there a problem with TSB app??? Please fix it !

  It’s still ongoing and they are dragging their feet resolving the issue. Only TSB can see the money but that doesn’t help. @TSB get your act together.

  @TSB I changed my password and noticed a few possible issues. 1) I didn't receive an email confirming this. Lets say someone maliciously changed it, then I would have no idea this had happened. 2) despite changing my password, I can still login to the app with my fingerprint.
