    @TSB Hi. I completed an online complaints form on 14th Feb and had no response or acknowledgement for an issue going back to August 2021. Your website says I would have had an acknowledgement within a week!! Can somebody help plze?

    @TSB cannot use card at all and can’t access account via automated phone or online! This has really affected me tonight. No warning of scheduled maintenance!

    @TSB I have been charged 3 times for a transaction. You have messed all the dates money has left my account and im confused about my actual balance as i had duplicate transactions that look like they were sorted and now its gone down and all my transactions are not the right date!?
