@TSB Local banking for local people. Yet your nearest branch is a 90 mile round trip. Can’t put cheques in, app down on business and personal and can’t withdraw money! Yet have a text to say move money before 2.30! How?!

@TSB Are we getting a further update? My cards are declining, I can't access the mobile app nor Internet banking. Its embarrassing to have cards declined in shops and petrol stations. For the love of all that is Holy COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

@TSB It is now 2 and a half hours since the last ‘update’. A further update on when this will be resolved is essential especially since the matter goes beyond the app and internet banking. Customers have no direct access to funds. Why is the press not picking up on this?
