    @TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

    @TSB I used my card in a restaurant during the week and it was declined due to potential fraud. When I try to resolve this through your automated service, it times out because you have high call volumes. My weekly grocery shop has now been declined too. How can this be fixed?

    @TSB been trying to get through on the phone to your Debit Card Fraud Payment Verification team since 17:55 this evening, still not had my call answered. Rang your customer service line on a second phone who put me back through to the same number. Awful, time wasting service.
