    @TSB you’ve just taken another £650 from my bank account. You haven’t rectified this issue, you’ve made it worse! That’s now £1200 missing from my account. More duplicated payments. What the hell is going on?!

    @Soxthewavingcat @TSB If its a direct debit payment that is incorrect you can claim it to be immediately reversed und Direct Debit Guarantee Will be on banks website and any DDM you signed

    @TSB wow cheers for clearing out my account with double payments now I can't buy food or **** all. This is messed up this needs to be sorted .

    Had to wait over 3 weeks to use my new bank card after mine got ate in a machine as TSB had an issue sending out new PIN numbers and now this glitch with duplicating payments! @TSB is a joke, they need to refund everyone ASAP this is so unfair.

    @garymulholland1 @TSB Seems to be the 02.03 that most have come out. I went back and listed all my payments then wrote duplicate next to any that weny out today in error. Hope that helps :)

    @TSB I had money go in at midnight and theyve wiped that out too as well as yesterday wtf is going on

    @TSB £300 and a night shift lost at work due to no funds for transport and child care. I expect compensation for being out of pocket. Especially now you've taken another duplicate payment instead of rectifying the issue! Absolute joke!

    Morning and Thank you @TSB for sorting out the duplicate payment issue. It wasn’t very pleasant experience, it was pretty much panic day. However, this shouldn’t have happened in first place. Don’t be surprise if you lose your customers.

    @TSB so you still haven't fixed the issue... pending payments still showing when money is taken = me in overdraft. Seriously can you just sort this or I'm moving banks!
