    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @TSB Is there an outage? I tried in 3 different places it’s embarrassing. Could you at least confirm that the issue is something you are aware of and are trying to resolve/have resolved

    @TSB and I message you and you then say that Customer Non-Services will get in touch and they don’t and Mr Joseph Gilmour doesn’t reply to the emails I send him. Looks like I’ll spend some of today filling in the ombudsman forms. Bit of a faff but how else do I get a response??

    @TSB Sophie I am not going to go into a store pick up more items only to have to put them back again. Your solution is the equivalent of telling me to turn it off and turn it back on again. Are you aware of the problem? Are you being hacked ? Have the engineers confirmed a solution?

    @TSB every time our charity ever tries anything to do with our account, we run into problems. Our account is blocked. TSB. The bank that nearly brought down a charity
