    @bits_infinity @TSB I’ve sent thousands of pounds to binance. Never once have I had an issue. However when I tried this morning, my transfer failed. I tried more 3 times and was refunded 3 times. After speaking with TSB on the telephone they confirmed that they are stopping payments to exchanges.

    Customer service @TSB is none existent. No help at all. Looks like I'm changing banks.

    That’s it, I’m done. @Kevin_macm we are moving banks. I’ve had to use @TSB online banking a lot recently as we are mortgage hunting. The useless site infuriates me every time. Absolutely terrible! And now I’m in a bad mood.

    It's not very often you receive GREAT customer service but the ladies in your Bluewater branch were outstanding yesterday. Teresa Ramsammy was one and another lady who initially dealt with my query. Please pass on my thanks @TSB

    @TSB Not receiving OTPs when trying to log into the website and app, you closed down all the branches even remotely close to where I live. I now have zero access to any of my accounts. What do I even pay you for?
