    @TSB trying to get hold of your support calling 0345 835 7922 as advised on the app Chat for Credit Card fraud already discussed and which I’ve been waiting for you to take action on refunds agreed It’s now been 35 minutes on hold on the phone waiting for an operator Disgraceful

    @TSB please could someone contact me to discuss why TSB are blocking my attempts to switch my account to @AskNationwide We are on our 3rd attempt. Nationwide say the issue is at TSB end

    @TSB Your business banking phoneline is probably the most difficult automated service to get through, it seems to deliberately funnel you away from speaking to an advisor. Also, your complaints form won't even load. Can someone get in touch pls, otherwise I'm closing my account

    @TSB And with your issues and the whole system down, you returned my standing order !! Thanks for that . Got and email letting me know . Better not get any fees or any issues with my credit card (tsb)

    @TSB No , I don’t know as I couldn’t log in. Only found out via email the next day . So made payment then . It if I get any fees or tsb cc remove my 0% it’s tsb fault . I was told by cs you’d cover any fees

    @TSB You @TSB are a complete shambles nobody has any idea what caused the problem on your online application form. Nobody has the decency to look into to this correctly. I am off to the Ombudsman and goodbye
