    It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

    @TSB What’s the point as it will likely only happen again in the future! You never learn and constantly make the same mistakes and errors so I would rather take my money elsewhere thanks!

    @TSB It’s the same as everyone has been experiencing. Same as yesterday . It’s hanging at log on then saying unexpected error . It’s poor service beyond belief getting . And I am a a long standing fan of TSB

    Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment

    @TSB It still says no Internet connection, so the app is broken, can I suggest you turn off the server on again.

    @TSB @JJBmufc Lesley , when you try and log in there’s a message telling people you are aware app is down, you’d think they would have let you know !
