@TSB Pointless exercise… 45 mins wait time to speak to someone in mumbai… this fraud issue is the second time in less than two weeks… how does a brand new credit card… unopened arrive with £245 spent on it? Twice! Inside job

@bancosantander @TSB @santanderuk So lay off the staff, as part of a cost cutting exercise, then purchase another bank. Wow. This tsb customer won't make a difference when he closes down his account but I hope many do the same an go elsewhere

@TSB 35 minutes on hold to speak with TSB about my mother’s PoA access. Still no answer. Thankfully I am NOT a TSB customer else id be even more upset about not getting through to anyone. I think I’ll leave it to my solicitor to deal with. Thanks for nothing, TSB.

@TSB after 45 mins on hold to customer services im not transferred to freud dept based in mumbai!!! Thats another 45 mins hold call to speak to someone on a headset that sounds like they are underwater… tsb you should be ashamed!

@TSB 'and we look forward to being part of Santander'? Look forward to losing your jobs? Wiping out 215 years of history? Erasing another institution from Scotland? I've been a customer for 56 years. I'm not looking forward to trawling other banks to get the same T&Cs at my age.

@TSB Is your Business App down today. It wont open without an update, but the update is stuck forever, so i can't verify an important payment. Is there another option for me to verify? Alternatively, when will the app be fixed?

@TSB_News @TSB Your migration record makes me laugh. You still have errors with customer applications I found pre 2020. There's even a page on your intranet called "common proteo error messages" with all of my workarounds on! Staff still use 6 years later!! You haven't fixed a thing!

@TSB so my elderly mum went into a TSB branch to make a cash deposit into my account. Not only was she left standing for over 20 mins the manager then asked what she wanted only to be told they couldn’t help her . I’ll be closing my accounts today also your chat doesn’t work !
