    @TSB why is it when you carry out maintenance something goes wrong? Now i cannot log in to my internet banking as i get an error message saying incorrect id password or mem info even though i reset it. Used the chat on the app and they deleted my internet banking

    @TSB Hi, trying to contact TSB to reduce my Monthly mortgage payment. No answer on the telephone lines and the online help is just showing the blue circle to nowhere. Would you be able to provide some help & support please?

    @TSB Error code ERRSCA02: Sorry, something went wrong It's becoming tiresome trying to do things that were relatively straight forwards even a year ago. Not DMing about this, just passing feedback

    So after following the steps in the above from @TSB I now cannot log in to my account at all from my mobile. Honestly the worlds worst bank and I trust them with my money. Beyond a joke!
