@TSB I can't belive the Disability Discrimination TSB has towards blind people. They wouldn't allow my elderly mother to unblock her card because she couldn't read her bank statement even though the local branch manager has made a note on her account regarding her problems.

@TSB Hi. Feedback re recent online security letter - It made my 85yr old mum shake & cry, she didn't understand it. Would've been better to put, as a headline, 'if you don't use your cards online this does not apply'. It says this on the website but you see the problem there...?

  • nataliemolson natalie (@nataliemolson) reported

@TSB You’ve closed down all the smaller/local branches then the ones you’ve kept open don’t do counter service at the weekend leaving me unable to withdraw money I need for tomorrow. People work 9-5 mon-fri what do you expect people to do 😡

  • nataliemolson natalie (@nataliemolson) reported

@TSB I don’t think that’s relevant, the problem is you don’t do counter service so no customers can withdraw over £500 on weekends. transferred the money over to an account I hold with @Nationwide and went to their branch. They were so so helpful couldn’t do enough for their customers

@TSB Personal Banking full of '400 - Bad Request' whenever trying to log in. This is severely effecting my ability to make payments

  • SeanyCash2022 Seany Cash (@SeanyCash2022) reported

@TSB I can't get logged into my Internet banking, saying there's a issue at your end. When is this issue going to be resolved?

  • SheffTherapyCen Sarah Roe (@SheffTherapyCen) reported from Dronfield, England

Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

@TSB I’m the victim of identity fraud and it’s impossible to speak to anyone at TSB, the number I was given by one of your team rings out incessantly. Please can someone contact me? I spent 6 hrs trying to resolve all the fraud, TSB has been the hardest to deal with
