@TSB My daughter and I have spent over a year trying to close her savings acc (she is nearly 18). Branch say they cannot help and all online closure forms we submit are ignored. I cannot speak on the phone due to disability. Why do you ignore us? Trying this tweet in desperation

On a positive note, I popped into @TSB on Hanover Street in Edinburgh to ask for support with online banking. Very lovely staff member called Rachel - she was polite, Deaf aware & even knew a bit of sign language which really put me at ease!! Fabulous customer service thank you!
