@TSB No response, continuing the excellent example of customer service!! When will this problem be solved, I have been trying to make payment for several hours, and cannot. This is an absolutely appalling level of customer service. How you can be considered a "major bank" is beyond me

@TSB Another day and another complaint. I've been trying to log in to my online banking all afternoon and it still isn't working. Repeat transactions due to a IT error, declining transactions for no reason and now this, probably the worst bank

Surprise surprise cant get into my bank account again 😒 @TSB never known a bank to be down so mucu ! I thinj i need to start using my @HalifaxBank account #tsbdown
