As a well trusted and known company, our money has been stolen through hacking, and for more than 1 year, we couldn't get support by @TSB Bank PLC. No investigation was even started by TSB side to find these unsolved criminals . We will go court on this matter.

@TSB_News @TSB Lies Failed to protect my account. Allowed a company to charge my card £434. When I said I did not authorise this, they said their investigation have shown it was a genuine payment. WHICH IT WAS NOT. I’m so annoyed as I’m not working at the moment due to a cancer diagnosis.

@TSB can you hurry up and sort out your problems with Snoop. You are the only bank that has problems. This is just adding to the massive list of things making me want to leave and stop using you.
