    @TSB you don't need a DM. The error messages in my tweet happen after authorising payment - or at least, attempting to authorising payment. Please test your systems, it isn't my job to do so.

    @TSB Why am I told by your agents that your open on Saturdays until 8PM and it also says on your website then I try call and it says your closed? was put down as an emergency appointment and no one has called
