    Been trying to get through to @TSB for two hours to discuss a mortgage. Phone has been answered twice, they’ve said they will put me through to the ‘mortgage service department’ and then cut me off. How is this acceptable?

    @TSB Oh, and if the approval button in the app is working you still have to enter an online password. Trying to buy something for 20 quid and there’s more security than Fort Knox. TSB you really suck.

    Hi @TSB . I've had someone incorrectly set up my mobile number as their "reminder" service and it's really annoying. How can i resolve this please?
