    @TSB Last year my dying/deceased father had thousands stolen from his Tsb account you agreed that there had been a fraud and a refund was promised however this still hasn’t happened even after complaining I need help

    @ShauniMcTaggart @TSB Have just called them. It's a problem with the app. Trying to approve my online shop. They said if it not back in next couple of hours I can phone the shop and pay over the phone as it seems to be just the app that is affected not card payments. Total pain though.

    @TSB received a msg yesterday saying I was getting a new card but until then I can't order anything online!!!! Why? I needed to use my card online . How long do I have 2 wait??? Not happy again with the service from tsb

    @TSB So pray tell me, how does one get a 4G text message when you’re on a oil rig in the middle of the sea. Answer is impossible to open up my phone app. Equals no access to app and won’t be able to officially pay bills etc… as your service can’t send messages via Wi-Fi to mobiles.
