    @TSB @JJBmufc Lesley , when you try and log in there’s a message telling people you are aware app is down, you’d think they would have let you know !

    Wow @TSB reporting fraud & you want me to contact the merchant?! I don’t know who that is that’s why I’ve reported it as fraudulent transactions !Absolutely atrocious service for someone who has been a customer for 32 years! I will be closing my account immediately

    @TSB I’ve been trying to claim the final part of my switch from last August from yourselves, but still no further than I was a month ago. Please help! I also complained about this & havent heard back.

    Banking with @TSB is great if you; Never want to access your own money Never want the app to work Never want to see your transactions Don’t value online banking or local branches 0/10 would not recommend.
