@TSB I’ve had a shocking experience regarding fraud on my debit card - it’s impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone about it, constantly on hold. And why don’t you have the option for mobile notifications whenever a debit card is used, as offered by most other banks?

@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

@TSB been trying to get through on the phone to your Debit Card Fraud Payment Verification team since 17:55 this evening, still not had my call answered. Rang your customer service line on a second phone who put me back through to the same number. Awful, time wasting service.
