    @TSB The WORST bank known to man. It shouldn’t be down yet. But here we are. Sealed my decision to move to Lloyds. Banked with TSB for 10 years plus… but this is the final straw lol. This is like every other day now

    @TSB Guessing that would stop any attempts at fraudulent claims on my account! Although, not that you can discuss those issues with the actual account holder!

    @TSB woke this morning (5am) with a request to approve a payment of £100 to a vendor (I can't remember the name.. it was 5am!) Obviously I refused this, cancelled my cards (all of them, as the poor app doesnt advise the card), and raised an issue on the app with the fraud team!

    @TSB Hi James, ive sat with your alleged fraud team for over an hour on this. Your Customer Relations team works Mon-fri 9-5 so that's no use for tonight!

    @TSB My switch was cancelled cos of a backlog, should have been reinstated but wasn’t. I’ve spoken to many people, non could help me. I need to call on Monday. If @TSB need an example of an atrocious customer journey just look at mine. I don’t even know if I’ll get the switch bonus.

    @TSB How can you not tell me which of my accounts was compromised? Are you completely unaware of company's requesting money? Id honestly love to know what protocols are in place, where you are unable to advise a customer of over 30 years on which account was compromised

    @TSB Hi I am not a customer so can't contact you by phone as you require an account number to speak to me. I have received a PIN by post for a bank card in my name and address. What should I do?

    @TSB Oh I am very unhappy James! Its coming up to the weekend, and I have no access to any account! All cards were cancelled, could have been just 1. But you cannot discuss my account with me! This back is utterly disgraceful
