    @WanderingWolf14 @TSB Again, I am fine with that. But asking them "Is the app down?" And sending a picture of a message that reads "The app is down, sorry" is a bit crazy.

    @TSB Loving the irony! "Need help? We're here on twitter 7am to 10pm Mon - Fri". Yet no-one @TSB bothers to answer these comments or provide updates with anticipated re-start time of app / online banking! @TSB 's poor performance impacts on personal & business customers.

    @TSB can’t log in , can’t speak to anyone on the phone and you have closed most of your branches on the high streets . You ******* useless bunch of *****
