@poorpeepsprob @danni_ox_ @TSB Ive clicked on the link to make a complaint and shock you have to do it in the app. What help is that? Come on tsb give us a timescale when it will be fixed so I can ring everyone and tell them when bill will be paid

@TSB this is getting ridiculous now - is there any sort of eta on the app being usable? Copying and pasting the same answer isn't really helpful - do we need to make other arrangements for payments that need to go in working hours?

@TSB here we go again. Beginning of the month when everyone pays their bills. Do you have a capacity problem? Hope there’s no bank charges when people can’t access their account 🙁
