  Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

  . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life

  @TSB Tried to access app but unable to. It says I'm not connected to the internet. Any idea how long will this outage last?

  @JFoxleyBrookesx @TSB Definitely the @tsb app I can log in bit its slow and I cant access my accounts transactions. It says sorry this is unavailable right now please try later

  @TSB another month end/month start and your app plays up again. How long before you get this sorted? You are very quick to charge people if we make mistakes, but it’s ok for you to put up apology notes, and deny us access to our accounts. Laughable

  @TSB No option on the app tonight to pay credit card. In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.

  @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.

  @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks
