    @TSB are you having issues your end with logging in on the app or the internet, as I can't access the login page on my TSB app. I've already changed all my passwords and memorable information. I need to pay bills and can't get online.

    @TSB is there a way to live chat for a business account query? Or get someone to call back? We were on hold to the fraud team for an hour earlier in the week & they hung up without resolving the issue. I think our account is still blocked. Can you help?

    @TSB app has blocked me out asking to reset and when I do with correct information its saying error. Tried calling only to get a bot system! Are there any humans working that could shed light on situation

    Yet again locked out my @TSB mobile app. Cannot authenticate my log in and needs set up again. Been using the same device for about 4yrs and only recently had to set it back up again.

    I tried to transfer money from my @TSB account to my revolut and it got flagged as potential fraud. As a result, TSB has locked me out of my account, so i have no access to any of my money. Been on hold for 45 minutes to try and get access to my account. How.. useful? 🤡

    @TSB I am also getting the same error as others are mentioning today. Does anyone know if card payments work before I potentially waste time trying to shop.

    @TSB hi I’m not a customer of yours but I have found one of your customer’s card in Liverpool today. I can’t call any of the numbers listed as they all want me to enter account details. What should I do with the card?
