    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

    no joke @TSB why can i not log in without my phone that is dangerous @TimesRadio whatever the rest of you did at Uni it wasn't at my level.

    They stopped anything like service in 200something @TSB @LloydsBank wherever and no PC means total collapse of society so truly you forced me to stay bound in a ****** up position from your marridges

    I have se t a DM I am fuming. Your app has blocked me access to paying bills moving my money amount gst other things. This is a disgrace @TSB

    @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

    @TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?
