@Carrielou73 @TSB Does the message not state that it is down? Yet you feel the need to take time out your day to message the bank on Twitter. Now someone will spend time wasted on replying to you, when you KNOW it's down because of the message. They can be replying to genuine requests. R u okay?

@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold
