  @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020

  @soxxylady @TSB You should join @StarlingBank. Very good customer service 24/7 and lots of good features with it too. You can live chat, send a message or call. Though it’s an online app bank so no branches

  @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP
