    Not terribly impressed @TSB decided to give online help a try re. Mortgage. Simply wanted to know what my rate is as its unclear when i log in and where it is on website Was given wrong info, very unclear. Ended with being disconnected. Thankfully i saved transcript, woeful CS 🤬

    @TSB I'm having a hell of a time with your website and app just trying to book an in-branch appointment to chat about mortgages. Please could you help as so far the website and app aren't working and phone lines have waits of 45 minutes...
