  . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life

  @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?

  @TSB What’s the point as it will likely only happen again in the future! You never learn and constantly make the same mistakes and errors so I would rather take my money elsewhere thanks!

  @TSB another ‘first of the month’ and another online banking outage. It’s bills day. Pay day. Money needs to be moved. How can this keep happening? Sort your IT out.
