@TSB Many times already. Letters don't work. I may aswell have burned that 50 GBP. 50 minutes in a queue. There used to be email communication between a manager and customer and a cheaper foreign call. Not any more. There is a one way email with an offer to contact the ombidsmun.

@TSB Trying to apply for a credit card, and told I already have an account and to log in to internet banking. I don't know my details, and the only way to get a reminder is to use my account details..which I also don't know

@graceedwards72 @TSB I’ve just joined then discovering that they are the absolute pits. Customer service teams just for show they don’t actually help
