    @TSB Ah, the passport office won't issue a new passport without a bank statement of a new name. Is an unenrolled deed poll with two signatories not valid at Tsb?

    @TSB Why are payments sitting pending on my account that have already been paid. They have been there for a week. Originally there were 7 of them, now down to 4. It has caused me to go overdrawn when I know I am not.

    @TSB So cant access banking on phone or browser, tried to message the TSB account on here and it says failed. Seeing you telling people to message then turning messages off is incredibly bad. @fsa
