@TSB Badly let down by TSB a few times in the last month. Failed several times to pay for a holiday so used another bank account. Now can't login to app whilst away. Will be closing both joint and personal accounts ASAP on return. Too much hassle.

So @TSB how long have I been waiting for you to get in touch via customer services because of my complaint? Over a month. @TSB don’t give a monkeys for customers with #dyslexia neither will they communicate with them either at all or in a manner they need! #discrimination

@WorldFamousHot1 @TSB They did actually tell me to think back as to when I thought it could have happened. I’d bought a takeaway and signed up to the website. I went on and deleted my card details. Nothing since.

@TSB There is still a problem with the app! One signatory can raise payments but the other can’t release as there isn’t anything showing!! When will this be fixed as it’s important time for fee’s to be paid for next season.
