  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

  @TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

  . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life

  @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

  Had enough @TSB, yer app is dugmeat. Constantly saying we weren't able to do that when trying to login. Time to switch i think.

  @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2
