    @tsb Why are you still sending correspondence to our old address a year+ after we informed you. Why do I still not have a new bank card after I made a 100mile round trip to update and order. Why is my wife's card blocked with no contact from you. 📞 impossible.

    @TSB Had a query today and spoke with an amazing adviser who had my issue sorted and already been refunded for the issue. Superb customer service today! Gutted I never caught the advisers name.

    @TSB What an absolute shambles and disgrace of a bank. Online banking not worked properly for days. Even if you do manage to login none of the functions work. In denial and send DM only response. Apologise for maintenance tonight. What about now?
