    @TSB Oh just no access to my acc online for 5 weeks. Complaints ignored no ref no within a week as you are supposed to. My first complaint (you’ve had 4) was over a month ago. Looking forward to passing this to ombudsman as you clearly couldn’t give a ****

    @TSB Apparently I requested to have my account closed. (I didn’t) The call centre can’t help me because I have no debit card, or active account to bring up my details.

    @santanderuk @TSB Santander makes billions profit a year despite driving UK services down. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.

    @MhMyxacc444 @TSB The money was taken and the payment wasn't accepted. Still not got it back. The bank can't help and told me to call the fraud team! I've spoken to them in India twice, and assured the money would be back in my account yesterday! Think I'll do the same.

    @TSB hey thanks for closing my small Buisness account. No reason given. 40 years plus with Lloyds and then TSB. No reason given. No debt, no criminal activity. No poor credit! Don’t bank with these people they shut you down with no reason or justification.

    Hey @TSB your app is absolutely ****. Upgraded phone, so your app had a meltdown at new biometrics, has now locked me out, I’ve given everything apart from my ******* bra size at this point & it won’t let me confirm the memorable word so I can access my account.

    @TSB @13eardface Set them up about 10 years ago, now stuck on hold to the customer care team what a nightmare 😡 it just rings no one answers

    @TSB I have not and I will not be doing as I am sick of this at this point, Monday morning I shall be swapping my bank to a more compitent one that can handle modern banking requirements like login servers.
