    @JPCastingD @TSB I had this too initially. Try using chrome to login. Speak to customer services and leave the app alone til after the card is activated at a cash point.

    @TSB it's been 4 days and I still can't get into my banking app, even tried reinstalling my app and it's doing nothing. Is there an issue?

    @TSB Day 3 of no access via the app. Seriously get it sorted. Was told to reinstall app, and now trying to log in the OTP never works just gives error.

    @CausticHorizons @TSB Day 5 of no access via the app for me. Tried to reinstall and now I just get error when entering the OTP to login to my account, yes I can still log in through the website.
