    @TSB Do you have any further update on the duplicate payment issue, communication on this issue really has been disgraceful, when are monies to be refunded to my account? The response from @TSB is not good enough 😡

    @TSB This bank is a joke. Constant problems and never get to speak to a single person. It’s happened to everyone I know that has a TSB account and it’s not ‘some issues’ it’s a very serious issue

    @TSB DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU HAVE TAKEN DUPLICATED PAYMENTS FROM OR DO WE NEED TO GET IN TOUCH TO LET YOU KNOW? HOW LONG UNTIL YOU FIX THIS ISSUE. DO YOU KNOW WHAT DATES YOU TOOK DUPLICATE PAYMENTS FROM - IS IT JUST 2ND MARCH OR ARE THERE OTHER DATES. SOME ACTUAL INFO WOULD BE NICE TSB!

    @TSB Can you tell your agents dealing with ‘smart chat’ who are denying there is a bank error I have wasted over an hour only to be told a ‘duplicate ‘debit is only a duplicate if it is taken the same day it is a merchant error nothing to do with the bank appalling service

    @TaosdU @TSB My husband had over £700 taken out! He came home after working a night shift so stressed. He thought it was fraud transactions. Not what you need after a night shift, ready to go to bed to stay holding on the phone for TSB to answer. Disgrace @TSB

    @FionaCochran11 @TSB I actually went through the problem with @AmazonUK accounts dept (who were great btw) and they confirmed the payment left them once via Visa. It's all TSB!
