    @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?

    As rather than paying well over their current minimum minimum terms you will end up paying their minimum terms placing yourself as a customer on a persistent debt register then switching @TSB from providing false info to non-false info to credit reference agencies 3/

    @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

    Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment

    literally been on the phone for an hour talking to @TSB for the women to rudely cut me off an say it’s the end of the working day now so i’m going to go i’ll call you back tomorrow like wtf? how unprofessional
