    @TSB Absolutely DIRE service from TSB. TSB cheque in envelope deposited at Ballater PO on 24/11/22. Appears in account today, now got to wait three working days to clear. 12 days to pay in a cheque?

    @TSB is there issues today? Bought something from @AmazonUK & there was a card issue. Dated and reentered. Checked balance, all good, Zon awaiting response from bank. 1st that's ever happened xxx

    @TSB Can't login via Android app to approve payment. OTP fails and keep getting 'We weren't able to do that', re-installed app as well. Had this issue for weeks, I can login via browser, but no way to approve a payment via browser! What do I do?

    @Dracnoiseperson @Suitpossum @TSB I know, sometimes a quick chat is all you need to sort out a problem. But online becomes a huge obstacle. It's such a loss.

    @TSB WHY are your payment authentication text NOT arriving? Trying to do online shopping and needing secure code to text, which is normally fast, but not working today! Sort it!
