    @TSB is there a problem with the banking app please? My son sent me money by bank transfer and it’s not credited 2 hours later. He regularly send money to me this way. Can you help?

    @TSB That’s not the point. She has a new device. She wants to use that device for all her needs - banking, shopping, social media etc. She doesn’t want to switch from one device to another depending on what activity she’s doing, and doesn’t have access to multiple devices anyway.

    @TSB Hi, I closed the account by informing you. I even had a problem getting and interest paid statement as a result so I had to make a complaint in April 2021. I had a cheque account with you.

    @TSB Not really. I’m asking for an elderly lady. She finds logging into the website complicated (it is), & prefers to use the app (which is much more user friendly). She’s disappointed to find out the app isn’t available on her new Fire tablet. Really no plans to introduce? Seems odd

    @TSB Seems the system needs checking again, had a suspicious email from TSB to check my number was up to date to then get a text message saying someone was trying to pay me money through PayM and turns out the email was spam as it didn’t correlate with any of the emails on website

    @TSB Hi do you know if the Archway branch is open. I have gone by this morning and it seems to be closed Also is the Crouch End branch open, if I am unable to access the Archway branch

    @tanyacoz @TSB Worst customer service team. I have an open complaint which hadn't even been assigned to someone. They're happy for me to be without a working bank card for weeks on end! No one listens when you call up. Just the usual '15 day response'

    Beyond disappointed with @TSB - my card has been hacked, with thousands of pounds being taken and I’ve received no help. Hours and hours waiting on the phone without getting through to anyone. Can I please get a response?
