    @TSB Hi just wondering if there is a problem. I'm trying to authorise a payment on Tesco for a delivery next week. It's asking me for a code however I'm not getting the code through at all. Can you advise?

    @TSB Question- what is the point of your your Greenock branch opening on a Saturday with no counter service. 3 staff doing not very much, but can’t withdraw any money. My 10yo daughter going to Eurodisney tomorrow and wanted to take out the cash she’s saved up. Farcical.

    @TSB Why are card authorisations not working? @TSB love to be enjoying the bank holiday weekend as implied but I've been on the phone for 1hr 30mins and your app authorisation and OTPs are not working!

    @TSB when will the "technical issues" be resolved? I cant log into internet banking and cant pay any bills as no access to authorise payments!

    @kathv2504 @TSB I am having problems too. Trying to pay credit card for last 3 hours. OTP not delivering and can’t log into app as it wants to send OTP but won’t let me select phone number

    @tsb Is there a problem with OTPs at the moment ? Using the same number I’ve used plenty of times and no OTP is received

    @TSB @BruceHosie I've been on the phone for 1hr 24mins and counting and your staff don't even seem to be aware of the problem! Getting really annoyed now 😡

    @TSB been unable to login to my account for 24 hours now. Android phone, Ipad and laptop. Online complaint sent. Numerous phone calls with no answer. Absolute disgrace
