    @TSB You closed my branch.... And said internet banking would be better.... How's that going for you?... Also, are you going to pay for my parking in the centre of town?... How about paying my mortgage this month?... No??... How about giving me access to my money instead???

    @scot_to_be_indy @TSB Who hurt you? Is everything okay at home? They’re asking a general question. Mines does this sometimes and the app isn’t down, so no, seeing this message wouldn’t indicate straight away that it’s down…

    @TSB I’ve been saying it for years! You all know what TSB stands for don’t you? “The Sh#%y Bank” In all customer service surveys the bank comes lowest in the high street of all of them, always! Doesn’t that tell you something? It’s been 14 hours since the app an online broke!

    People not being able to access money or make transfers since last night is simply not good enough @TSB people are unable to buy food or pay transport costs to get to work. Is there any idea when this will be resolved??
