    @TSB for a couple of months now my app is freezing when opening and I cannot access my accounts. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. Is this a known issue?

    @TSB Done, buffering to load then says Oops. That didnt work. We cant access your account right now. Wait a moment and try again. It does this with both WiFi and with mobile data. I'm not the oly one, please can you check your end for reported problems with the app?

    Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

    @TSB It still says no Internet connection, so the app is broken, can I suggest you turn off the server on again.

    @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?
