@TSB Have now received call from TSB on Friday 25/09. Unable to resolve issue. Still unable to access my personal or business account online. Causing considerable embarrassment unable to pay bills due. Pay £25 pcm to TSB for account and charges for Business acc?

As I've learned from my ongoing battle with @HSBC, some banks will defend the indefensible, and will use their limitless resources and a default NO to try and grind you down. Don't throw in the towel. These corporations are made up of people. Hold them accountable.

@domster @TSB Since their meltdown a few years ago, TSB have taken it upon themselves to fix things that aren't broken. I've been with them for over 20 years and stuck with them through their problems but this is where I'll be getting off if I can't log in by the end of the week.
