@TSB @ACieslinski If it’s any help I tried to get this information from TSB myself today as I called the branch ahead of time to book £3000 that I wished to withdraw……they wouldn’t let me unless I provided proof of what I wanted the money for!!!!!! Excuse me for wanting to take out my own money!

@TSB hi I have a cheque that I want to pay into my TSB account but the nearest branch is 40 miles away. Do I have a different option of paying this in rather than travelling all that way. Options such as using some other bank or service?

@TSB Every local branch closed, 4 months trying to get a paying in book despite repeated texts saying it will be with you within 5 working days and assurances given over the phone. Failure at the most basic level

@inolan1981 @TSB It is also impossible to do simple tasks on the mobile app, Internet banking or over the phone. I just want to pay off my balance! It's like you are purposely making it impossible.

@TSB been waiting 20 mins (so far) waiting to speak to a customer service operative to get the name on my account changed (this was the bank’s error too by the way) in your Birmingham branch. One person on the desk at lunchtime…bad customer service yet again @TSB
