@TSB any reason why the banking app won't let me log in? It won't even ask me for my password, it just says "We're unable to log you in right now. Please try again later" - it's been doing this for days now....

@TSB Hello TSB - I can't access my inbox to download my statement this morning. I can log into my account but the top right hand envelope icon is missing. I've had the email to tell me that my statement is ready...but can't get at it.

Does anyone actually work at @TSB fraud department?? Went to transfer money through to my other bank account for my residency and they only freaking block ALL my account access online and on app - I need to get money out to feed my kids and I’ve been on hold for 37 minutes!!!

@TSB No need it will sort itself out not the first time just a glitch these things happen, no app runs perfectly 24/7 and anyone who expects this needs to read up and educate themselves on how apps work
