@TSB I really need to speak to an agent but it is impossible to get through as the system doesn’t accept my option choices and cuts me off. How can I speak to an agent please?

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@TSB no, and you don't need a DM. Test your website! Stuff about revenu comes up, clicking 'continue' gets me logged out, clicking 'find out more' leads to a non-secure page. Can't do anything!!! URGENT FIX NEEDED!!

I am writing this to warn people not to use this terrible bank. They also own @TSB, so who knows if their terrible practices will affect TSB as well. I have been trying to get my deceased mothers money. They asked me to have my bank write letters (continued)

@TSB can you advise why money transfers from a French back are taking so long? That's been seven working days now and the funds still aren't on my account? Seriously, are the French bank using carrier pigeons these days?

  • Tim_Hewitt1 TimHewitt (@Tim_Hewitt1) reported

@TSB Re my credit card account, or as your website and app call it 'Platinum (Mastercard' -when will the 'Pending Transactions' and 'rename account' features actually work again? It's been four long years when you left the Lloyds systems and since either of these features worked.

@V2Reek @TSB Agree with you, local branch closing, from mail ‘we are here to help’ one option telephone banking. Called to register told that the system is down and unable to register accounts, try again in a week. Absolute nonsense

@TSB Can you at least tell us they are actually working on restoring these extremely basic features that you used to provide? And then give us a time estimate, say 6 months or a year?
