    @TSB Perhaps, we wouldn't be having this exchange if the site wasn't down so often? I am simply making a point because I know it will happen again, however I will be rethinking who I bank with.

    @TSB I am sick, sore and tired of being denied access to my account due to 'technical issues', it is never unexpected!!

    @TSB @BPHlimited  We're updating our app at the moment to make it better for our customers. Sorry, but this means you can't get into the app right now. We're working as hard as we can to have it up and running again shortly.
