They wouldn't allow my elderly mother to unblock her card because she couldn't read her bank statement even though the local branch manager has made a note on her account regarding her problems.

This is ridiculous, need to check credit card and account. Have come to the conclusion TSB IT is rubbish. Seriously considering another bank. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
