Very likely because Ad-blocking plugins (such as Ad-block / U-block origin) do not like what the site is doing. Please fix so that it works on Chrome with ad-blockers enabled.

My wife has been on the phone for over an hour (twice) but no luck. All because you blocked a payment and asked her to call a number that she can't get through to... Ridiculous!!
