    @TSB I am having problems making payments via the website as any pop up boxes e.g. when clicking select recipient come up off the botton of the screen. I have tried multiple browsers

    @SelaineSaxby @TSB I would suggest asking @TSB why their customer service is appalling in these situations. No manager available to speak to for 24 hours, department that sends letters won't take calls & then put through to a closed phone line. £1300 taken from my account & they don't care!

    @TSB Hi, trying to contact TSB to reduce my Monthly mortgage payment. No answer on the telephone lines and the online help is just showing the blue circle to nowhere. Would you be able to provide some help & support please?

    @whisper_thief @TSB Im glad its not just me. Ive tried 3 different web browsers and 2 different laptops still getting incorrect username or password errors. Really losing all confidence in @TSB as its one thing after another, its ok for a few months then it starts again

    @TSB Thank you for eventually fixing this problem. But, the lack of communication was extremely frustrating.

    @TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

    @TSB Ok so for a third time I’ve been let down. No one called me for a further arranged telephone appointment this morning. How do I make a complaint as this is now just ridiculous?
