    @TSB trying to get a statement as an ex customer is a nightmare, moved address and no longer live near a branch, don’t have a signature on file so told you’re unable to provide one! Why make things so difficult for customers!

    @TSB why is your internet banking so bad? You keep closing branches, reduce opening times of the branches you retain yet you are not backing this up by improving your IT? Every day this week I have attempted to use online banking to not even be able to look at my accounts! Awful.

    @T_Hynes57 @TSB Support wasn't helpful when I was hacked until someone recommended @lardygod07919 who recovered my account in less than an hour, he's a genius on Twitter You try to give him a text 👍

    @TSB absolutely appalling service from this so-called Bank. On hold for 2 hours, passed around various departments, then last advisor actually put the phone down on us. You are an absolute disgrace. Employ enough staff to deal with things properly!!!
