@TSB Your app crashes when I open it and when I downgrade the app to a version that I know works it says I need to update it. I mentioned this weeks ago and reminded you weekly but you people don’t give a toss. You also say that I need to go into a branch for app support, what BS.

@TSB Utter BS. You don’t care about your younger customers at all. You really expect me to sit an hour on a bus each way to a branch (that you will probably close forever by the time I get there) for an app related issue which they won’t be able to fix. #TSB
