@TSB I'm in a chat this morning. The issue is thay you just block a card without any notice, no message to tell the accounter holder, nothing. This isn't the first time you've done this and it's unacceptable.

@TSB Im having log in issues with the app. Every time I use my usual fingerprint recognisition, it comes up saying "something went wrong. Please try again latter." And when i went to use memorable information, it would say my userID or password does not match. I really need help.

@TSB 35 minutes on hold to speak with TSB about my mother’s PoA access. Still no answer. Thankfully I am NOT a TSB customer else id be even more upset about not getting through to anyone. I think I’ll leave it to my solicitor to deal with. Thanks for nothing, TSB.

@TSB 40 years customer with tsb paying £10-£22 a month in fees (average £15) thats £7400, and the level of customer service i have received over fraud is a disgrace… im so disappointed

@TSB Pointless exercise… 45 mins wait time to speak to someone in mumbai… this fraud issue is the second time in less than two weeks… how does a brand new credit card… unopened arrive with £245 spent on it? Twice! Inside job
