    What a horrible customer service @TSB The first bank I opened an account with over 15 years ago. Im going to gradually phase them out. Customer service is very important to me.

    @TSB Only one that says you've turned off my mobile alerts. I have verbal communication issues so struggle to use the phone.

    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?
