@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB I am trying to do some internet banking but it's not working. I see from other annoyed customers both the app and online banking is down but nothing from yourselves as to when it might be fixed. Any update? Please don't act surprised.

Great timing again from @TSB for a technical error. First week back in the UK. End of the month and I get married tomorrow. Definitely wouldn't mind checking my balance today
