    @TSB Tried it on app and on website, still saying code has failed or been entered wrong, checked several times and it was right code that I entered.

    @TSB Hello - I am receiving error code ERRSCAO2 while trying to log into online banking. Ironically your troubleshooting page is also unavailable. Can you advise on how to rectify this, please?

    @TSB My usual daily nightmare of your systems not recognising the new password details I set up the day before and your "help" desk refuses to help as I can't give the account details I can't access. Can I close my accounts please.

    @tsb Spent over 1 hour on 3 calls to telephone banking and got nothing sorted. One call to Internet banking lasted 15 minutes and all issues resolved and I can finally spend my money again.

    @TSB What else do you need to know? It's been saying on the app and your website for months that you're working on fixing the problem with people not getting the one time passcodes. I'm just asking what are you doing to try and fix it? What have you tried so far that hasn't worked?

    @TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

    @TSB I am trying to pay my bill to @BritishGas. I am now overdue because every time I go to approve the bill in my TSB app, it says there is a problem and to try again later. If I get charged late payment, I expect you to pay it!!

    @TSB your mobile app sign up process is a massive fail from a UI/accessibility pov- defaulting dob to a picker of current date - autocompleting postcode with a 2+ sec delay giving invalid data - then a "something went wrong error" without any error code for support #mustdobetter
