  I have to say that the @TSB chat function is absolutely terrible; waiting at least 3 hours for a response to my query (having erroneously charged me interest two months in a row despite promising not to, and having previously offered goodwill payments to prevent my complaints)

  @TSB Hi TSB, Ive updated my phone number for 2 yrs now however I always get a text when trying to pay for something with old number,, multiple times, Ive tried to sort this out, chat, Twitter etc, its getting very annoying. I wanted to resolve the previous issue with you first

  What ******** are you lot playing at? I know you have scheduled maintenance tonight but why ******** is it at 9:55pm! It clearly states on the app and your website it's to start at 11:30pm.. You lot schedule more maintenance than a maintenance man doing maintenance. @TSB

  @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬
