@TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

@TSB what's going on with your app? Can't log in with biometrics or memorable info. Been going on hours now. Hubs and daughter having same issue. I need to move funds urgently and also can't access authorisation for an order. This is ridiculous. Not the first time lately either!
