    @TSB I have followed the account, I can’t access internet banking either, no error message just crashes after I enter User ID

    @TSB I don’t have access to my personal laptop at the moment, so I don’t know. It’s telling me it can’t log me in.

    @TSB you’re about as much use as a lifeboat in the Sahara desert. Apologies don’t cut it. People consistently can’t access their money. Do something.

    @Lindzspoon @TSB Of course they are! They spend more time down than functioning these days. At least it’s reminded me to change my bank. Wouldn’t surprise me if they go bust within the year

    @TSB 2things that concern me, for feedback. 1. Closing my nearest branch as a result of customer habits u say yet no consultation with customers. I now will av to travel 25 miles round trip to see anyone. This is poor 2. The savings rates u offer are poor n below base rate.

    What would your advice be @MoneySavingExp if people are getting a consistently awful service from their bank? People are unable to access their funds or transfer money with @TSB on a regular basis
