    Hi @TSB I've tried to register via the TSB app (iPhone), three times yesterday and twice today, it says "Oops, something's gone wrong". Is there a problem with the system at the moment?

    @TSB Still waiting to hear from your customer complaints department re the Haddington branch closure and the fact very little work appears to have been done before Christmas to get it reopened. You have abandoned local customers. #verypoorcustomerservice

    @tsb once again I'm asked to verify myself using a phone, once again TSB tries to send a text to my landline. I can't change the contact number because the website banking logs me out within a second of logging in. Note, and I will emphasise this I HAVE NO SMART PHONE.

    @TSB I actually spoke to someone who appears to have understood why it has been happening!Hoping he has solved the problem now.The previous calls I made sorted nothing.Thank you for replying on here.

    @TSB Online banking seems to be down? Keep getting a message saying I'm inputting the wrong user ID (I'm not)

    Disgraceful customer service from @TSB. We only want to deposit money with them but after four phone calls, several hours, lines going dead and inept agents we are no further forward. If that’s how they treat customers they don’t deserve any.
