    @TSB this payment approval option you have is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t work with most vendors, by the time I go to approve payment, it’s already failed on the vendor’s site. It’s shocking.

    Can safely say the @TSB business internet banking app & website are the worst to use, completely unreliable and long winded.

    @TSB Sadly makes no difference Tom, the same problem is on both. EVERY time it's a palava logging in. It's been happening so long, clearly it's not going to be fixed. Competitors also offer better rewards and interest rates too so no incentive not to switch. #WINWIN #PoorManagement

    @cookie71279 @TSB @tsb also having an issue tried to pay with debit and then Mastercard on two separate websites both refused.
