    @TSB @MartinSLewis Appointment for Wednesday was rescheduled by TSB to Thursday. Yesterday TSB still couldn't fix my mortgage interest rate because of system issues at your end so I'm waiting until the staff member can resolve it, apparently by next Tuesday. Just keeping log here.

    @TSB @Xero why do I constantly have issues linking the two of you? Its frustrating. I've tried on 3 browsers today My credentials are right. I can log into my accounts but not via Xero. I don't have the problem with @LloydsBankBiz it's every week TSB. Please help.

    @TSB tried to open joint account 3 weeks ago which apparently would take a couple of days to go through! This is becoming urgent and not a word from you! No one answers the phone & need an account number to speak to anyone still waiting for an account number…. Appalling service

    What UK bank accounts still allow you to purchase #cryptocurrency #bitcoin #crypto @tsb has just lost a customer by stopping my spending MY money on what I want. More the reason for decentralisation.

    @TSB performing to its usual poor standards this morning. Nearly half an hour on the phone to them this morning and no answer. Awful customer service. 👎

    @TSB Having probs with business banking, I can get into account but when I try to transfer money it says "please try later" problem is Ivegot a dozen staff who want wages!!!@

    @TSB Hi. I've been trying to switch my mortgage (existing TSB customer), but the system is down. Spoke to a helpful person this morning about it. Can you confirm I'll get the quoted rate (5yr, 1.09%) even if rates were to rise while your switching system is down? Thanks
