    @TSB our customers are experiencing pending trx double the amount of the actual trx. Eating into their available balance. The trx then settles for the correct amount. Lots of reports from TSB and YB card holders. Is there a known issue? Thanks

    @TSB There doesn’t need to 3 layers of security ! It’s rubbish, Lloyds and Barclays don’t have this issue ! Guess TSB customers need to shift their accounts to a more user friendly platform!

    @TSB Hi. I'm trying to do an ID check for a new account I have opened. Every time I put the code in the app and click on next the app shuts down. What's going on?

    @JamieMc76633051 @TSB @LastPass It's the Mac laptop on Safari that I'm having the problem with; on iPad, I can access via app quite easily via touch login, but account features are limited there.

    @TSB has the worst customer service I've ever experienced I've had a complaint open with you since the start of Jan The claims handler has since gone awol and won't respond to my calls or emails! The way you've handled my account is appalling it's causing me unbelievable stress!

    @TSB 7 DAYS SINCE I STARTED COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. No contact from TSB about what's happening to resolve this issue. WHY?

    @TSB hello tsb here it's my money and if I want to send it to another account in MY name I will do, so stop blocking me and if you are going to do it be available when you block it. Expecting this to be resolved at 10am as per text message or account will be closed.

    I have had someone try open a bank account in my name! You would have thought reporting it to @TSB would be easy, but 5 calls later, no one seems to be able to help I never knew it would be so hard with these fraud warnings!

    @TSB Come on TSB, this is no way to treat your customers. No updates or communication from you at all about this problem. How many of your customers are affected by this problem?
