    @TSB been trying to make an online pmnt since Sunday. 5 calls to customer services over 90 mins, still no success. Made to go through the 101 of helpdesk fixes including switching off router and clearing browser cache (for a mobile phone app?) Do you have a fix for this yet?

    @TSB your entire CX is failing across all channels. You've taken £100s of duplicated payments from my account, your online login is down, and both your app chat & automated helpline are stuck in a horror loop. Ofc there's no human in sight. Appalling treatment of your customers.

    @TSB I’ve checked my online banking and it’s showing all my payments I made to various companies on 2nd March have been taken again today for some reason and caused me to go overdrawn. Can you explain? Is there an issue?
