  @TSB The app freezes. Constantly. And has done for the past 3 years even after updates and new phones. It’s ****. You know it’s ****. You’ve done nothing about it.

  @dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented ‘Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying “I don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster “because of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

  @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.
