    Hi @Dekopay and @TSB, I had to cancel an order for something because of a data formatting mismatch between your two systems. I lost out on the thing I was trying to buy, and a retailer lost a sale and a customer. Not very good.

    @TSB @TSB no need! You won’t fix it anyway. We had the same conversation every month and you were fixing your mess but just temporarily. Yesterday I was told that you were fixing the problem out of courtesy. Bad customer service! Your card is in the bin!

    @TSB You blocked my acct 7pm last night & your promised followup instructions within 1hr failed to show up. Today, a 55 minute wait to speak to someone: the poorest service I've ever had, in 45 yrs of personal & business banking. How do you explain such abysmal performance?

    @TSB I received a letter to my correct name and address, with a Pin, on a peelable dark piece of plastic, for a card I don't have. I don't even have an account with you. The letter is dated 20/09/21. Is this a security breach of some kind? Or fraud? Thanks for any help

    My poor old Grandad was advised over 25 years ago by @TSB (@LloydsBank ) to put money into a Cash ISA as it was “the sensible and best way to earn money”. After some terrible news he’s just looked at his account to find he has made £27.10 in 25 years, poor man is heartbroken!! 💔

    @TSB 3 days on the phone trying to contact fraud team Automated support refers to me a live chat that I can’t access because the fraud team have locked me out of my account I have bills to pay urgently and need access to my account or a human being ASAP

    @TSB shocking customer service ,over an hour still awaiting my call to be answered by your fraud team ,there has not been any fraud ,I used the card myself and now blocked card

    @TSB your bank is appalling. Customer service is non existent. Business card frozen on Tuesday & we’ve been on hold for hours trying to get through to someone that can sort the issue since then. Calls get disconnected after 50mins on hold. How are we supposed to run our business
