    to which I am an innocent prisoner wrongly convicted without any recourse to the law. Over Twitter I had a long chat with someone but that went nowhere. This is not good enough @TSB. Please treat me as a person and not a number. Your algorithms don't like me (why?). Please fix!

    @TSB Yes we have spoken to the fraud who have stated 48 to 24 hours is @tsb ok this has been going on for 4 days to access his own funds we will take or business elsewhere no one has time for arguing with a bank over their own money.clearly it’s too much for your bank to cope with

    @TSB just been on to one of your customer service team trying to sort something out for my 78yo Dad, but sadly one of your agents Stephanie decided she did not want to help us. I repeatedly asked her to stay on the line until our issue had been resolved, but no, disgusted!

    @TSB Please sort out your SMS-bots/alerts. 07:00 - briefly overdrawn, I fixed it. No message. 14:50 - Panic-message that I am overdrawn. x3 15:00 - balance update message, all is well. Nevertheless I had to log in and check, just in case.

    @billhilton @TSB Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @zems_ins by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

    @TSB Your new corporate image is awful, the environment you guys have created are alien and so unwelcoming. I just thought your Director or VP of Marketing needs to know #sterile
