    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority Iโ€™ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, Iโ€™ve googled it and it says Iโ€™m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @TSB Iโ€™m leaving your crap bank for good. Iโ€™ve just rung customer service for help and have spoken to six Indian men, not even in this country and NONE OF THEM COULD UNDERSTAND OR HELP ME. DISGUSTING BANKING GROUP.

    Concern by many customers of why @TSB is โ€œout with the begging bowlโ€ asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/
