    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

    Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important itโ€™s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then

    @TSB Are you having problems with fast payments sent money to my isa and it usually transfers instantly but not in after 2 hours

    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb
