    @TSB hello - my son is having issues with logging in on the app since getting a new phone yesterday. He can log in via a browser though. Any suggestions?

    @TSB @LifeDecorative doesn't matter! nor does cookies or cache. The 'continue' button is linked to 'logout'. Please fix.

    @TSB Totally disgusted with the (lack of) service received at my local TSB branch today. I risked walking home with £5000 in my bag because the lazy and rude staff refused to serve! So annoyed and disappointed

    @TSB Have just tried that, Phoebe, and yes, it's working on Safari. My main browser is Firefox for Mac, though, so it would be nice if it could work there too.

    @TSB Thanks for the reply, Phoebe, but that hasn't worked. Same thing still happening. Logging me out when I click on Continue without first "checking & updating" my personal details – which I have already done on a previous visit to the site.
