Yet again locked out my @TSB mobile app. Cannot authenticate my log in and needs set up again. Been using the same device for about 4yrs and only recently had to set it back up again.

@TSB hi please can you tell me if the app is down? My error message when i try to log in is "we weren't able to do that an unexpected error has occurred " I can log in fine on the website I have changed my password and memorable details

@TSB When you go on the app, it just sends you to the 'set-up' page, which eventually tells you that there is a problem and to start again.

@TSB It won't let me log in on my app yet again its beyond a joke such a disturbance . Have to travel all the way to to a tbs to move money from accounts !paying to get there and back loss time aswell it's a joke !complet discrace
