    @TSB just waited on the phone for 20 minutes to get through to someone and when I was speaking to them they hung up on me! Not very good service. I’m just trying to find out why my credit card is being rejected when trying to add to Apple Pay. Says contact the card issuer.

    @TSB hi - tried to authorise payment from business account, get 'your payment may have been unsuccessful' and 'service temporarily unavailable'. Can you fix/advise please?

    @TSB Why am I told by your agents that your open on Saturdays until 8PM and it also says on your website then I try call and it says your closed? was put down as an emergency appointment and no one has called

    @TSB I've just moved to Barclays using 7 day switch. I'm trying to move my savings from TSB to Barclays but when I try to make payment it says 'terms and conditions don't allow'. Can you help please.
