@TSB Hi I am unable to shop my online @tesco order as your authentication system is not working AGAIN. I was going to spend £245 for this order. Now I will have to go by car tomorrow to Morrisons and shop. Poor old @tesco loses out yet again, for far to many times in the last year.

@TSB Sophie… I think it’s clear looking at all your account tweets that multiple people are experiencing the same thing. It’s obviously some internal IT issue… no doubt you’ll reset something but it’s just so inept.

100% I’m leaving @TSB too many times their systems fail but them having issues processing payments and as a result unable to put money down on a 22/1 winner is the last straw 🙄😪

@TSB Why is it that *every* time I log in on my PC to both my personal and business accounts, I have to verify it with a code. Every time the code lets me in, I click that the device is trusted. But then the next time it happens again.

@TSB what a shower of crap my partners been informed that TSB are closing her account no reason given this account has been in constant use for 20 years loyal customer no longer wanted so it seems customer service rude and ignorant failed to give a response

@TSB I doubt it. There was no direct debit showing on my account only the new 1 I set up 2 weeks ago. If there’s an error it on you AGAIN! I will now be closing all my accounts with you. I can’t keep having you mess up like this
