@TSB your fraud report line states it is open until 23:00 but when you finally get past all the security **** it says it closes at 21:00 - not great & open to fraud - very poor

hi @TSB I keep getting this message when I try to login - “ERRSCA02: Sorry, something went wrong” This has persisted for a few days now, is there anything that can be done about it?

@TSB what a shambles your paisley branch is! 3 times been in and they don't have systems, aren't sure or cant give me MY money after 4pm wtf! Close all the local branches then when you travel staff can't help you! Total disgrace and I will be moving ALL my accounts immediately

@TSB everytime I'm directed to this new "payments to approve" section when paying by card it just says an error occured and I can't pay..

  • JanJanlg jan oliver (@JanJanlg) reported

@TSB when did the bank decide that they would send codes to phone/mobile excessively to allow access to banking app. It's becoming very annoying. And yes, I appreciate it's done to help protect me but does it have to be at such high frequency.

  • StefanComrz Stefan Karlsson (@StefanComrz) reported

@TSB @kwgordonso This issue has not been resolved - please don't lie to your customers - the latest updates to the online banking software are obviously buggy. No one will say what the ERRSCAO2 Error means - this comes from the Boris Johnson playbook of deny everything!

  • Ramil99 Ramil Burden (@Ramil99) reported

@TSB just spent 30mins in queue as the “approve payment” in app doesn’t work. Was told it was a fraud issue. Spoke to fraud - no fraud alerts. Told to phone helpline and start again. 40 mins + no resolution + no help + don’t care. Time to move bank accounts.

@TSB This is no way to run a bank. I have wasted more than enough time trying to log on to your website in recent months. I will travel to Bootle today to pay a bill in the branch and in future if people do not accept debit cards over the phone, they can wait for their money.

  • kirstybooks Kirsty (@kirstybooks) reported

Hi @TSB, I have money in an easy saver account with you but as I no longer have a TSB current account I can’t withdraw it through my online banking. Can you help with how I withdraw the money please? Thanks.
