    @TSB Tried to pay TSB credit card via my bank online, using the 00000000 acc number and sort code given on your website. My bank says acc doesn't exist. How can I pay my cc bill?

    @TSB Been a victim if identity fraud - someone has applied for a TSB account in my name - flagged on my credit report. Managed to stop a number of other applications by moving fast - but TSB are way too slow - 2 hours on hold with various different fraud teams 1/2

    @TSB Beyond a joke, constantly having problems with this bank. Just set my payments on so I can order my mcdonalds and I'll be good, stop stopping all my payments online man cba with this

    Wow don't use your @TSB debit card abroad. £1 per transaction AND 2.99% fee, absolutely outrageous. Been a customer for over 20 years....that will certainly change #ripoff

    Advice for today and tomorrow… do not bank with @TSB !!! Terrible service and terrible resolutions to issues. Will be swiftly moving my accounts to a bank that actually gives benefits to its customers.
