@TSB I’m aware of the issue with Duplicate payments and having checked my account last night, I’m roughly £60 down. Not much compared to some. I can’t quite work out where my duplicate is, and it’s not showing as a pending payment, but it’s gone somewhere!?

@TSB your duplicate payments error is the final straw for me and I expect many others. Constantly having issues with you. When are the payments going to be refunded, we all have bills to pay and the fact this is still ongoing is not good enough.

@MoneySavingExp @TSB They have known about this issue all morning and still haven't refunded the money and are just sending out the same apology message to everyone with no update about when we will get our money back... I am personally down £1505 !!!! 😡🤬

@TSB DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU HAVE TAKEN DUPLICATED PAYMENTS FROM OR DO WE NEED TO GET IN TOUCH TO LET YOU KNOW? HOW LONG UNTIL YOU FIX THIS ISSUE. DO YOU KNOW WHAT DATES YOU TOOK DUPLICATE PAYMENTS FROM - IS IT JUST 2ND MARCH OR ARE THERE OTHER DATES. SOME ACTUAL INFO WOULD BE NICE TSB!
