    @TSB for a couple of months now my app is freezing when opening and I cannot access my accounts. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. Is this a known issue?

    @TSB It’s the same as everyone has been experiencing. Same as yesterday . It’s hanging at log on then saying unexpected error . It’s poor service beyond belief getting . And I am a a long standing fan of TSB

    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

    @tsb App and website down, no way to confirm payments have gone out, any ideas when whatever issue it is this time will be fixed ?
