    @TSB your website says you are open until 1100pm but when I ring to report a fraud urgently you tell me you are closed at 9pm. If any money goes missing from my account I will hold you responsible.

    @TSB You stopped my card from working online. My children and I are covid positive, I can't order food to the home. I have to wait 5 days for a code to activate. The icing on the cake was when someone said pop to your local branch. Shall I bring covid to you?

    When you have an issue with @TSB that you thought had been dealt with 3-4 months ago and it reappears and you get told that timescales are open ended to fix it -AGHHHHHH!!!!!

    @David_M_Writing @TSB Get used to it. Did the same to me and are refusing to acknowledge that there's even a block. The fraud team are useless

    @TSB Is it impossible to contact anyone if you're not already a customer? 2 wks ringing the branch-never an answer. Drove 30mins to the branch today-not open till noon. Try central no.-need an account no. Use online chat-need an account no. Is it impossible to open an account?

    @TSB why is there no provision in your branches for disabled customers to be seated whilst in a queue? It makes going into a branch almost impossible (given the normally very long queues).
