    @TSB Why is everything down? Why it everything down so often? What you are doing to get it back up and running today? What you are doing to stop it collapsing in future? No local branches so we need reliable app, internet, cards etc.

    @TSB This would not be such a big issue, if the nearest branch isn’t half a county away and your phone lines were always busy. Why haven’t the bugs in the app been sorted by now as this is the fourth time it’s happened I think it’s time to switch banks

    @TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day
