    @TSB what is the issue with online payments to Apple ? I've just been into Apple and they say they have no knowledge of the "customer present" issue.

    @Dennis_Porter_ Yes I had the same problem with @TSB. They claimed it was to protect me for unreliable crypto’s when in reality, they simply can’t compete. I moved to Starling Bank who area crypto friendly. No bank should be able to tell me what I can do with my money or where I can spend it.

    @TSB your Basildon branch supposedly open until 5pm, closed at 3.30 saying go to Southend. Any idea how far that is. Can’t pay a check in that’s needed because of this pathetic customer service

    @TSB finally got through to an agent but due to "technical issues" she could apparently not look at my account? Hung up on me and put me back in the queue? Again, my card has been defrauded and the bank is trying to make it as difficult as possible for me to discuss and resolve.

    @TSB I'm actually fuming 3 times I've been into 1 of your branches to sort out my daughters account and only today they tell me you've put a block on my daughters account and we've had not one bit of correspondence in regards to this!! Raging doesn't cover it

    @TSB your processes are so stale and backwards, all I want to do is change my address, which when I try doing online tells me to phone customer services, when I phone your staff tell me I need to go to a branch!! Ridiculous!!
