    @TSB @Tesco your systems need sorting out. Trying to pay for my online shop and validation codes won't work. TSB say its a problem for customers paying for shopping online with Tesco but can't say when it will be sorted. Now I can't update my order that's due tomorrow.

    @TSB your mobile app sign up process is a massive fail from a UI/accessibility pov- defaulting dob to a picker of current date - autocompleting postcode with a 2+ sec delay giving invalid data - then a "something went wrong error" without any error code for support #mustdobetter

    @tsb Spent over 1 hour on 3 calls to telephone banking and got nothing sorted. One call to Internet banking lasted 15 minutes and all issues resolved and I can finally spend my money again.

    @TSB Tried it on app and on website, still saying code has failed or been entered wrong, checked several times and it was right code that I entered.

    @TSB Thanks, I'll make sure to fill that out. It's not an isolated issue so perhaps someone is already aware. Not sure how helpful your advice to just keep calling them is, given I have literally no other option, but I get that there's not really anything else you can say...!

    @TSB Unfortunately, this number goes straight to message to use the internet. My dad isn't able to access the internet. How does @TSB support elderly or LD or other vulnerable customers?

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄
