@TSB TSB not authorising online card payments. Codes come through 12-24 hours after trying to make payments and refusing to discuss the issue over the phone . Awful customer service - AGAIN !

@TSB Every time I try to make a payment online it shows the wrong phone number for the verification code... The phone number on my account is correct, your system is broke, can't change the number and can't make payments. Fix please?

@elliecowley @TSB My parents have been waiting since yesterday morning to process two payments online (that have a deadline of 1pm today). This is a basic financial service. I can’t believe this. @tsb: Please FIX IT and please give us some REAL updates (not this constant template response!).

@TSB thanks TSB, have not been able to buy my weekly food shop due to the onetime password protection system not working properly. Also sending all customers to the fraud helpline is not a good idea as it clogs the lines and causes stress.
