  @TSB Sorry doesn't really cut it anymore though does it when you have left myself and other customers high and dry. Still with no update on when this will actually be resolved or what you are doing to fix this. Absolute shambles of a bank and looking to move my custom now.

  @TSB No: telephone, mobile or online banking, cash machine won't take the card and chip and pin device declines the payment. What is going on? What is the issue, were you hacked? Are our accounts safe?
