  22/04 of this year I raised an issue with @TSB oh so many promises of customer service will get in touch etc. They didn’t, so, bye bye I’m going with another bank that doesn’t discriminate against disability like #tsb #notdisablityfriendly

  @TSB I’m sorry, but this isn’t going to help me now. I will be complaining and going straight to the ombudsman but want am I suppose to do in the meantime. I have literally £3.60 to my name. TSB have caused so much financial hardship n don’t think Iv ever been this stressed.

  @TSB I have been trying to get through to book an appointment re: mortgage fix ending. I cannot get through to local branch, online appointment form isn’t working and I’ve been kicked off the live chat 4 times. I appreciate you’re busy but what am I supposed to do? Can you help?

  @TSB a number of duplicate payments have appeared in my account (similar to what happened in March). All identical duplicates of payments already made on 15th Sep. Is this known/widespread and can you give an estimate for a fix time please?

  @TSB hi, wonder if you can help. My car insurance is with direct line and i am having issues with my direct debit. They say they are requesting it and it is being returned by you without being paid. Who do i need to speak to as direct line say everything is set up there end?

  @TSB the mobile app isn't working! Tried to log in 8 times in the past 14 hours and the login page just loads for a minute before timing out? I have a time critical transaction I need to make please fix!!!!!
