    @TSB There no more risk of fraud with crypto as there is with any other type of payment or investment. You don’t prevent payments to online casinos for gamblers, or stocks and shares for investors. I could just as easy get scammed using PayPal yet you don’t block PayPal transactions?

    @TSB I have been a customer for over 15 years. Back In February of this year I made a complaint about your previous practices. 8 months on I haven’t even received an acknowledgment from you. Can I please speak to somebody that can sort this for me? #nocustomerservice

    @TSB 50 minutes waiting on the phone trying to get through to the fraud department as they blocked my card!! This is my 3rd attempt now each took 40 minutes then get cut off. With no call back either!!! Absolutely shocking service !!!

    @TSB I Lost my card with no access to cash , explained the situation. Still no access to cash, feels like a poor relationship after 20 years.

    @SapAud @TSB It’s the wrong attitude really. Educate if you feel the need, ask for double verification, like you get with fraud flags. Don’t outright block it.

    @TSB I don't want my debit card limit to be raised to £100. Your automated service doesn't have an option for this, nor does your on-line banking help service. Can you tell me how I go about keeping the lower limit.
