Will be moving all my accounts.

Potters (@spotter75) reported@TSB I’m looking at loans. Your website says both that “there is no fee for making overpayments on your loan” and that “we may charge up to 58 days interest on any full settlement…”. Which is it please. Both can’t be true. Is it just full settlements you charge on?!

When you do get a human, no notification they’ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!
