@TSB Disgraceful service, also having a virtual assistant on Live chat to discuss possible fraud is not good enough. You could have your account cleaned out by the time it gets around to putting you through. Gave up after being on hold for an hour

@TSB As if life is not tough enough right now I look at my account and you have decided to take duplicates of transaction processed on the 2/3/22 again today. Would complain in branch but you keep shutting them! Sort it out please, clearly your error here.

@TSB Called the customer support number to be told I'll have to apply for an overdraft (which I've never had) as I've been left with less than £2. Not acceptable at all!

@TSB I've spent 30 minutes on the phone to a retailer complaining and asking why they have charged me twice and, when they had no idea and could not help, left a negative customer review. It's not just us being affected but the retailers we transact with

@TSB @tsb my first bank for many years the service from each advisor is the worse by miles I would anyone to keep clear I have on going complaint sitting at 40 days regarding payment they haven’t once called me back within this time what a mess !!!

@wrxmanpaul @TSB Same here. 90 quid gone. Looked through my statement and noticed exact same payments down to the penny, so knew the bank had messed up.
