    @TSB However you guys blocked my card. I have called the fraud team and provided all details and I am being told my card won't be unblocked and that I am not using a secured website when I am 100 percent sure I am in the UK government website.

    @TSB What’s the point as it will likely only happen again in the future! You never learn and constantly make the same mistakes and errors so I would rather take my money elsewhere thanks!

    @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

    @Ginger_Tucci @TSB They closed our local branch and brought a weekly bus in. I used to watch people queueing in the rain to access their own money. TSB actively hate their customers

    @TSB another month end/month start and your app plays up again. How long before you get this sorted? You are very quick to charge people if we make mistakes, but it’s ok for you to put up apology notes, and deny us access to our accounts. Laughable

    this in turn will allow @TSB to then provide information to a credit reference agency lowing your credit score which allows you as the customer credit to service a debt you may have at a better rate and being conned in to being locked into a full term with TSB 4/

    Had enough @TSB, yer app is dugmeat. Constantly saying we weren't able to do that when trying to login. Time to switch i think.

    @TSB so fed up with TSB already, new customer and can't even get onto online banking and TSB make it more difficult than any bank I've ever used! I'm not jumping through your hoops anymore! #poorcustomerservice
