    @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

    @Ginger_Tucci @TSB They closed our local branch and brought a weekly bus in. I used to watch people queueing in the rain to access their own money. TSB actively hate their customers

    As rather than paying well over their current minimum minimum terms you will end up paying their minimum terms placing yourself as a customer on a persistent debt register then switching @TSB from providing false info to non-false info to credit reference agencies 3/

    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).
