    @TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

    @TSB I can't get into the app, it reads that I need to update, I click update, I get the "something went wrong, retry" comment...so, help....

    @TSB Approve payment has been frozen on payment authorisation page on TSB app; no issues with available funds, also it happened with several merchants and payments

    @TSB Hi, I can see that both I and many other people are struggling with the TSB app this morning. It’s asking to approve a payment but the button is frozen and not working. Please sort this out ASAP. Very poor service.

    @TSB @kwgordonso This problem is still ongoing - I think it has something to do with changing IP addresses - TSB software still way too buggy!

    Hi @TSB Payments to approve not working yet again in the app this afternoon and this evening - if you want people to use this then it needs to actually work. Please remove the need for this step until it is fit for purpose. Can’t complete purchases or payments I need to make.
