    As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

    @TSB I dont think its the Internet because its happening whether im connected to WiFi or using my data. Must be a problem with the app itself.

    @TSB @JFoxleyBrookesx Tsb, yer app sucks ***. Constant problems with connecting, transfers, saying no internet, same auld shite all the time. Been with yous over 34 years now. Can't see yous getting to 35

    @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers
