    @TSB please can you clarify your customer service open hours? It says till 9pm on the app, 10pm on here but 8pm the phone. I’m trying to report potential fraud and can’t get through to anyone. The self service doesn’t even offer the option I need. What am I supposed to do?

    @TSB Yes I have but not being able to use my card for roughly 6 hours is NOT acceptable. I’m aware I’m not the only one. It seems ok now but you need to sort out the continuous issues you have

    @TSB good morning. When I try to log in via the app the message I’m getting is “oops, something went wrong. We’re unable to log you in right now. Please try again later”. Are you aware of this? Thank you.

    @TSB cnt seem to log on to my account through a laptop I answered my one-time password text correctly every time and it would not let me enter my account can u please help

    @Paul7Law @TSB They’re always having issues. My main concern this time is that I can’t make any purchases with my card. That is NOT ok x
