  @TSB one of the worst banking services received in the UK. The customer advisers cannot be understood their English is dreadful. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

  @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

  Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2

  . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life
