    @TSB The person I spoke with has no idea of how the payment system on the uk government website works and now she is telling me they will cancel my card. This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year.

    Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment

    Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important it’s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then

    @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2

    It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB
