@dush077 @TSB Same issue have provided details by DM...but beware as my credit carf was also just declined when i tried to use it online. I hope this issue is resolved quickly

Appalling service from @TSB Credit card declined online and in a trusted local cafe. Helpline supposed to be open until 11pm, but automated message advises it’s 8pm! Which is it?

@TSB Been a victim if identity fraud - someone has applied for a TSB account in my name - flagged on my credit report. Managed to stop a number of other applications by moving fast - but TSB are way too slow - 2 hours on hold with various different fraud teams 1/2

@TSB You block my card 3-4 times whilst being in America … even with notice of me being there and speaking to your fraud department on 3 separate occasions. I had no access to my OWN funds for 3 days and all Iv got after waiting a week for complaints department is an apology. Poor.

@TSB Beyond a joke, constantly having problems with this bank. Just set my payments on so I can order my mcdonalds and I'll be good, stop stopping all my payments online man cba with this

@TSB So overall… through recent experiences and the fact your branch presence is next to none… there is no benefit to being a @TSB customer. None at all!
