    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @kelvs97 @TSB My also stopped working, can't pay with card and my online bank just died a minute ago as well so I can't even transfer money to another card. I'm very angry

    @TSB @Jackisthetruth Absolutely agree is clearly an issue and they think it’s going to resolve itself, be no compensation ofcorse
