  @TSB Not really. I’m asking for an elderly lady. She finds logging into the website complicated (it is), & prefers to use the app (which is much more user friendly). She’s disappointed to find out the app isn’t available on her new Fire tablet. Really no plans to introduce? Seems odd

  @TSB If I report my card damaged through the app and order a replacement, will my current one stop working immediately? I want to order a new card but continue using my current one until the replacement arrives.

  @TSB If the frontline services were better , you’d need less staff on phones and computers dealing with the issues of lack of service - prioritise the customer

  I stopped banking with @TSB yrs ago but my father still does. Had to get s replacement card and has been waiting for more than a week for the pin number. Gets the run around every time he manages to get through to an advisor with no resolve to the problem...
