    @TSB Also, you probably sent me an email, which I could not reply to - how rude,- telling me to an open an account with @TSB because you had just closed my account because it was not being run properly. I am terribly sorry but I could not work for 5 years because I had heart problems

    @TSB Just had the worse customer service tonight. Called TSB re and unauthorised charge for PlayStation. I got a call taker who clearly does not have a personality or ability to speak English. She was so unwilling to help or go the extra step. No good.

    I have to say that the @TSB chat function is absolutely terrible; waiting at least 3 hours for a response to my query (having erroneously charged me interest two months in a row despite promising not to, and having previously offered goodwill payments to prevent my complaints)

    @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

    @TSB what's going on with your app? Can't log in with biometrics or memorable info. Been going on hours now. Hubs and daughter having same issue. I need to move funds urgently and also can't access authorisation for an order. This is ridiculous. Not the first time lately either!

    @TSB Purchase made on the 26/12/25. Paid on their website with my debit card. Item still hasn’t been despatched. I’ve tried contacting Zavvi through several different methods and they don’t reply.

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP
