@TSB Extremely poor customer experience yesterday. A pre booked appointment wasn't kept, I called 5 times to speak to someone and no one was able to help. This is my first time of trying to get in touch, because the website also isn't working "evoo4" error constantly. Please help

@TSB Hello, how can I request a refund for a service that did not take place from a retailer e.g. Ola Cabs? I was charge for two rides that NEVER took place and both payments were taken from my account.
