    @TSB Yes he does but typing is an issue & he would prefer at over 90 to do it by post - again I am not clear how you "Deliver appropriate customer service that responds flexibly to the needs of vulnerable consumers." (FCA Guide) by not posting a form.

    @TSB I am having issues with my online payments. I went through the chat first thing this morning to request help and no one has contacted me all day. How do I get this resolved. At the moment my card will not authorise online payments at all. I need this fixed.

    @TSB why might my card be "not approved" at the checkout when there's enough money in the account? Changed address a few days ago, text confirmed done. No notification of any issue. Mobile app chat bot useless.

    @TSB I spent over an hour on the phone on 6 different occasions, each being advised I need to go into a branch. I’m not wasting a day off work to attend a 10 minute issue. Leaving for a branch that is actually open near me is the only option.
