.@TSBbusiness my business account still not working, having complained twice but still they do nothing! I get the feeling .@TSB are going to go bust soon. No reputable bank would freeze a business' accounts without notice or reason.

@TSB Luckily yes but what is the option when the sim card is broken or the phone is lost. Email needs to be an option.

@TSB my debit card is routinely being rejected for online transactions and keeps failing. I tried to log on to sort this out and I get the error message ERRSCA02. What is going on? Which issue can I get sorted first?
