    Just tried to withdraw cash (1/10th of my balance) to be told I can’t have it. 40 year customer with substantial funds and the manager was happy for me to close my accounts without any effort to keep me, poor banking service @TSB

    @TSB hello I have an open debit card dispute from November my account is no longer open. The dispute team are asking me to download a statement I no longer have any accounts with TAB so don’t have online banking. Can I have some help? They have the account number and sort code

    @TSB Really not having a great switch in experience to you guys. Received an activation code through the post today that isn't recognised when trying to set up Internet banking. Stuck on the phone trying to get help but nobody picking up. I applied on 21st Feb!

    @TSB account switched over four days ago, requested a PIN reminder 5 days ago as still hadn’t received it in the post - STILL WAITING! Can’t access any of my money or buy anything. Very stressful. Sort it out!!!

    @TSB at you having issues with your app? Tried to make payment and came up saying unsuccessful payment and had a message about payment request then some numbers not sure what they mean. Trying to get through to someone but currently near 20 mins on hold

    @TSB Sophie I am not going to go into a store pick up more items only to have to put them back again. Your solution is the equivalent of telling me to turn it off and turn it back on again. Are you aware of the problem? Are you being hacked ? Have the engineers confirmed a solution?
