    @TSB can you advise when your online banking will be up again? Keep getting an oops message when trying to log in. Looks like numerous other customers have let you know but you haven't let anyone know when this fault will be fixed?

    @TSB I can't log in to my app as there's a fault at your end. When will this be fixed? Looks like you've already had numerous customers state the same issue.

    Only been with @TSB for a month and I’m already regretting it! I’m on holiday and can’t login to my online banking app.

    @TSB is the direct banking app unavailable and you are not aware of it? The error is there is a fault at your end

    @TSB Can you please provide a service status when online banking is going to be fixed? I don't need to DM anything, I am the same as everyone else - it won't work. I just need to know when it will be available again.
