    @TSB This is ridiculous, it's happening time and time again and causing so much inconvenience. Why offer customers a service you cannot run properly?? So annoying!

    @TSB Also, as tsb have multiple times withheld my ability to manage my money, tsb is not upholding it's deal with its customer, I hereby confirm this statement as an invoice tsb due to loss of service a fine of £150, again, to be provided with the report by the end of the working day

    @TSB Absolute **** show.Always the end of the month. Bet you'll still take charges if payments/bills are missed.Unable to make adhoc bank transfer to pay for something which could be a problem.

    @TSB mobile app down yet again. People are being left unable to access money since last night. This simply isn't good enough and is having a significant impact on people particularly at month end.

    @TSB Can we stop having an auto response from “Beth” and actually get this back up and working. We have got bills that are set to be paid today and if they are not certain services we pay for will get cancelled. How can this keep happening without a full proof resolution?
