@santanderuk @TSB I certainly won't be banking with Santander. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an absolutely appalling experience with your organisation when my late wife died. Your CEO comes across as hopelessly out of touch!

@TSB hi, why does the TSB app go down for maintenance on Saturdays after midnight when lots of people are out & about transferring money to each other/ from other accounts etc. rather than a weekday night ?

Are you having a laugh @TSB Yesterday you tell me you won't help me recover money I was defrauded out of last week. I have £47 to my name and now you send me a text to remind me to make sure there's enough money in my account!

@TSB is there a reason a new card was sent out to me without my knowledge or request? Card doesn’t expire until 2029 and now it means I’m going to have to update debit card payments everywhere that go out on a scheduled basis. Oh, and chat service on the app doesn’t work
