    @kelvs97 @TSB My also stopped working, can't pay with card and my online bank just died a minute ago as well so I can't even transfer money to another card. I'm very angry

    So @TheFCA website seems very clear that @TSB fraud team cannot do to me what they have done, particularly as they said I had no option to provide any evidence to prove my position. We will now see what the Financial Ombudsman has to say about that.....

    @TSB Complaints line for business banking on their site says open until 8 pm. No surprise that’s not true either. Shocking. Absolutely shocking. Our money.
