    @TSB trying to make an payment online and it keeps saying verification failed. Is there a problem your side? Seems no one is answering the phone either!

    @TSB Mobile app not working to authenticate a Tescos order. Uninstalled (on IOS) reinstalled and can’t log in - OTP is not being accepted.

    @TSB There appears to be ongoing issues since the upgrade. I can log on ok but when I try a transfer, the app just crashes. I am not in a crisis but I am concerned about your other customers.
