    @TSB trying to make an appointment at my local branch with a mortgage adviser…the appointment page on your website doesn’t work and no one answers the phone at the local branch. Can you help?

    @TSB @PrideOfBritain 20 years I’ve been a loyal customer of TSB. Had mortgages & loans always kept a healthy bank balance, Just checked my statements and realised you’re now charging me £15 a month account fee? Nowhere was I informed of such a fee. Time to switch banks 👎🏽

    @TSB finally got through to an agent but due to "technical issues" she could apparently not look at my account? Hung up on me and put me back in the queue? Again, my card has been defrauded and the bank is trying to make it as difficult as possible for me to discuss and resolve.
