    @TSB It's payday and people cannot access their accounts, I hope you won't bounce any DDs as people may only have a certain window they can do their banking in. Sort it out this is FAR too often.

    @TSB Mate it’s dogshit. Happens at least once a month. Last Friday of the month for people as well. It’s been down since last night. Is it right TSB stands for Totally **** Bank

    @TSB We would like a time on when to expect these issues to be resolved? It’s been going on hours and you’re preventing people from paying their bills. If you’re not duplicating my payments you’re preventing my access to my own money. At this rate you won’t have any customers.

    @TSB Absolutely ridiculous!! The app doesn’t work more times than it does work. Got a list of people to pay from our business account and have to explain to them AGAIN that the banking isn’t working so they’ll have to wait!
