@TSB Nope I ended up having to get a call back last time. So I’ll ask again are you paying for the stupidly high phone bill. Clearly you skipped disability training if you think everyone can just hop down to the branch when you tel them. 🤡

@tsb can’t access online banking again and not hanging on the phone for so long I end up getting another £40 phone bill so what are you doing about it

@TSB Many times already. Letters don't work. I may aswell have burned that 50 GBP. 50 minutes in a queue. There used to be email communication between a manager and customer and a cheaper foreign call. Not any more. There is a one way email with an offer to contact the ombidsmun.

@TSB Most of it was resolved by the branch but even that lady gave up trying to get through to credit card fraud @TSB and had the same problems as we did, advisor not understanding what she was saying. Not a good look.
