@TSB can you get in touch, I’ve had nothing but error messages from my business banking app since the weekend??!

  • wholesaleuk_net Wholesale Uk (@wholesaleuk_net) reported

@TSB online banking down again, need to transfer money by midnight or payments won’t clear

  • Minghowriter Ming Ho (@Minghowriter) reported

@KathleenBeedles @TSB Yep. Our account was set up for all households to have joint access originally, but login has gone thro so many extra security levels, I’m now the only person who has the authorised devices & passwords & even I get confused! Really worry what would happen if I’m incapacitated.

  • Tom_NRawlings Tom Nichol-Rawlings (@Tom_NRawlings) reported

@TSB Ok, and how do I claim back the postage? The changes tsb have made over the past few years have cost me as a customer. I could walk to the branch and pay a check in. Total cost: £0 now I have to pay for parking to get to either a branch or a post office or I have to pay for…1/2

  • snaicitilopprac N (@snaicitilopprac) reported

@TSB Customer for 9 years. ABSOLUTE #DISGRACE. Lost my card; called your lost card/fraud hotline. 20 mins still on hold. And why ask me for security code when it's on the LOST card?!?!?!?! Illogical.

  • Minghowriter Ming Ho (@Minghowriter) reported

@KathleenBeedles @TSB Tell me about it! I run a residential freehold account (hardly any money, but huge hassle to log in & do anything via multiple passwords & devices). So stressful!

  • _xCharlottee Charlotte 😊 (@_xCharlottee) reported

@TSB why I can’t make a transfer from a savings account to another current account? Needed a large amount of money transferred & branch staff said can either withdraw cash or do a cheque for £30. Inconvenience for me going from bank to bank just to access my own money

  • Wizzabee Izzie Rose (@Wizzabee) reported

@TSB I need help with cashing a cheque. My nearest bank is 6.5miles away and I can't cash it through the app. What do you recommend?

  • Maggie_J_W M (@Maggie_J_W) reported

@TSB_News @TSB I was trying to pay into an ISA in my own name and you've now blocked all my accounts and after half and hour on the phone answering intrusive questions still blocked. You might be refunding people but I now can't even access my own money. Hardly award winning.

@TSB how long will the app be down for maintenance? I need to SS a transaction and can’t get online!!!!! Always at the worst times
