    @TSB I’ve been trying to get onto both internet banking and mobile banking the last 2 days. Finally reset my info this morning but still can’t get. 2nd time I’ve had to this in last 9 months. And now your site appears down. What on earth is going on.

    @TSB i have been trying to speak with someone for the last two days and the phone rings out for an hour and no one picks up this is disgusting my online banking has stopped working because of your stupid update now I need help no one answers the phone wow what a service #BadBank

    @TSB continue to be absolutely shocking still not got back to me regarding my closed accounts tried ringing and spent hours getting through spoke for about a min then the call was cut off, their online service is not fit for purpose its impossible trying to speak to them

    @karenmq1954 @TSB Recently support services are very annoying...my account was having this same issue earlier today, I contacted support but they wouldn’t help me ...thanks to those who referred @ cybermonstersecurity on instagram they were very helpful,reliable and trustworthy.
