    @TSB for 2 days now I've been unable to use the mobile app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times. Called helpline was advised to turn off mobile data and use wifi. Still not working. Every time an error message appears after entering the 6 digit pin I was sent.

    @TSB Unable to connect to the app with mobile data, can with WiFi. When is the resolution expected for this fix. Seems a common problem developing for users.

    @TSB can't access mobile banking. Had to uninstall and try re install as per the guidance. Has not worked. Frustrating!
