@TSB Not worked all day and can’t pay any bills. No transparency as to what the actual issue is. Is this going to work anytime soon otherwise I’ll end up getting charged late payments.

@TSB @financialombuds How can it be legal for a bank to deny access to our accounts, debit and credit cards and direct debits for almost 24 hours and all they tell you is we are aware of the issue and are working on it! No meaningful update has been provided AT ALL!

@TSB I just log in using memorable info on app instead of Face ID ( Face ID it’s still not working and showing error message ).

@Winter__Fire @TSB I’m back on fine now payments going through fine can transfer money now, I suggest for people to log in and do their memorable information because mine still don’t log in with Face ID or Touch ID just works when I do my memorable information hope this is works for you all?
