@TSB Are you able to help - we're trying to get a mortgage in principle using your website. We've tried twice on two different laptops, the form doesn't work. On the last page when pressing next it empties the fields and will not submit. Can you help please?

@TSB Yes, just under 1 hour though. Surely with internet banking which is ultra secure we should have been able to confirm the transaction was genuine? This level of service is very poor, and when we asked to raise a concern, we told we'd be transferred and have to hold again! Crazy.
