@TSB Hi Chris, it's a waste of time. My partner got through and the fraud team said they can't deal with it and transferred her to customer services who said it looks dodgy but there is nothing they can do. If you can't protect us then I guess there is no point banking with you guys.

@TSB Hello team whats is wrong with the internet banking as i am unable to login using otp. Also tried contacting your team but was left in a queue for 40 minutes and had to disconnect as i am abroad.

@TSB Thank you for the update. I phoned my branch first and was directed to an automated answer saying "try our mobile app or Internet banking it's quicker". You really have to sort this out as messages like these are not only confusing but deeply irritating. Advise when working .
