    @TSB @sunflwrlanyards You might want to have a word with the branch I maesteg. The woman that was on the customer service desk last time I visited barked at everyone who came in. She didn't have customer service skills!

    @TSB Stamford Hill branch. Two out of four tellers. Only one self-service machine out of three is working. 8 - 10 people waiting. You can do better.

    @TSB Had a query today and spoke with an amazing adviser who had my issue sorted and already been refunded for the issue. Superb customer service today! Gutted I never caught the advisers name.
