@TSB Is your authentication service down? I can't place an order with Ocado using my TSB card - it directs me to a OTP page rather than the usual app payment approval method - which then doesn't work. Seems like others are having issues too...

@TSB why can’t you just communicate with your customers and put a statement on website, APP and socials that you’re experiencing problems with online payments? Instead of letting people panic and your cust service teams get bombarded with calls?

@TSB trying to make online payments to shops and my card being refused several times, also anything linked to that card like pay in 3 with PayPal also refused, is there a problem today?

@TSB my debit card declined payment when trying to pay my rent online. Verified by visa not working and card then declines. Any idea when this is going to be fixed!
