    @TSB It is now 2 and a half hours since the last ‘update’. A further update on when this will be resolved is essential especially since the matter goes beyond the app and internet banking. Customers have no direct access to funds. Why is the press not picking up on this?

    @TSB You might want to consider moving your server out of the broom cupboard under the stairs and into a data centre. There's also this thing called "The Cloud"....

    @TSB tried logging in since 7am! 13.22pm app still won't login. Need to pay for shopping, card being declined at checkout even tho I have money in account! Can't login to transfer money to another account I can use! #worst #tsb #tsbworstbankever

    @TSB your continued IT failures are proving too much. We can't access our money, pay bills and now with the constant having to log on to the app to approve card transaction am completely stuck. Yet you fail to provide details of when we can use OUR money! @BBCBreaking @SkyNews

    @TSB 13:40 still gubbed. Got bills to pay today seeing as it’s Friday. This is atrocious customer service especially seeing as you’ve closed all local branches
