    @TSB @Prosserd68 It's really not business as usual as my card has been blocked again meaning I cannot use my card while abroad Unsure what's the point of using TSB with such a poor service and even poorer customer service I contacted through chat to unblock my card over 30 hours ago, no reply

    @TSB The WORST bank known to man. It shouldn’t be down yet. But here we are. Sealed my decision to move to Lloyds. Banked with TSB for 10 years plus… but this is the final straw lol. This is like every other day now

    @TSB What are the options if you want to move money between now and tomorrow afternoon? The app stopped working long before 10pm for me. If past experience with you is anything to go by, it won't be back online by 1pm tomorrow either.

    I'm wondering @TSB how my 'local' bank (about 15 miles away) is meant to answer my call when you don't let it ring more than 5 or 6 times before directing me to your basic telephone service, which can't answer my query?

    @TSB My switch was cancelled cos of a backlog, should have been reinstated but wasn’t. I’ve spoken to many people, non could help me. I need to call on Monday. If @TSB need an example of an atrocious customer journey just look at mine. I don’t even know if I’ll get the switch bonus.

    @TSB It’s working now thanks for the reply. Just some customer feedback though, this seems to be happening quite a lot in the recent months and it really is very inconvenient. I am tempted to move elsewhere.

    @santanderuk @TSB Santander customer services is atrocious. The hassle we had opening an account for my 15 year old was wild. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

    @TSB Many times already. Letters don't work. I may aswell have burned that 50 GBP. 50 minutes in a queue. There used to be email communication between a manager and customer and a cheaper foreign call. Not any more. There is a one way email with an offer to contact the ombidsmun.
