@TSB after being with you over 20 years, I cannot believe the service I have received today. I will be leaving shortly and I would tell anyone to stay well clear @TSB. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from management level

@TSB unable to login to mobile banking app it keeps telling me that it cannot log me in right now as you need to check a few things and tells me to ring a number. The advisor said I need to wait for text messages but I've not had any. All I tried to do was change landline! Lol

@dush077 @TSB Same issue have provided details by DM...but beware as my credit carf was also just declined when i tried to use it online. I hope this issue is resolved quickly
