@TSB having ongoing issues with my daughter’s bank card. She has to change her pin recently, now it won’t work so she gets caught out in shops when she’s required to use PIN. Cash machine said the card couldn’t be read. Any ideas?

@TSB Thanks for replying. Trying to make an online transaction the same as one I successfully made a couple of weeks ago. Verification code received and entered, transaction failed ('That didn't work'). Tried to use app - same. Can log in to the website. Really frustrated!
