Called helpline was advised to turn off mobile data and use wifi. Still not working. Every time an error message appears after entering the 6 digit pin I was sent.

Mr A Francis (@MrAFrancis1) reported@TSB are hands down the WORST bank I have ever experienced. The online account is inaccessible. Just the other week I spent 30 mins trying to log in to make a bank transfer. I hear so many people with the same issue. I can't wait to switch bank!😡
