    @AnitaShellabear @TSB Exactly, because I didn’t have my PIN with my card they pretty much said I haven’t been defrauded. There’s many ways my PIN could have been found out, but because my PIN wasn’t with my card there’s nothing they can do. So thanks for them I’m £500+ down and a fraudster is £500+ up

    @TSB very poor customer service tried to pay money into a bank account on Friday was told the auto tellers were full of as directed to another branch on sat to be told the teller were all closed I am a former employee and very disappointed in the service provided

    @TSB It is your advertised bereavement number. It is the usual scottish voice but is just as chirpy as the usual robot. Ring Barclays specialist line to see how it should be done. Btw online notification impossible without smartphone so please stop pushing that.

    @TSB are absolute shite!!! Closed acct down we’re supposed to have issued a cheque have emails to prove this from disputes team only to be told it hasn’t happened! Newspapers would have a field day with my case and how I have been treat!!!!!!

    @virginmedia AND too make things even more anxiety inducing, i CAN'T get on tesco to do a a shop (access denied) Asda and iceland said they don't regocnise my card details even thou I have funds. its ****** @TSB any ideas? this is f**ked beyond belief.

    @TSB Problems logging in to business account. Supply details, press continue (to ignore security details check and update) and logged straight out. Click on log back in to account takes me to personal account login

    @TSB hello. How come in the business bank account you can’t access statements that are posted but on personal accounts you can? Also how come the bank now charges £5 for a statement to be printed, without enabling you to print statements at home?
