@TSB Needed to access a child’s acct. branch confirmed they couldn’t do what I want them to as it would be counter service. Can’t do it on phone or online banking either. Time to start looking at moving the acct to Barclays who’s childrens accts are accessible via mobile banking.

@TSB Waited over an hour to speak to fraud,after being on with CS for 35 minutes, for no apparent reason,to have them hang up. You have left a pensioner with no access to funds for 6 days and no one is willing to address why? #MartinLewis #customerservice

@TSB @TSB I have put the phone down after doing all that can be reasonably expected of me. Cancel the fraudulent card, I’ve cancelled the DD that has been set up on my current account which is not with TSB. If any transactions occur on the fraudulent card I will not be responsible
