    @70_stuart @TSB Has happened to me. I tweeted about it, didn't make it on their page. Send a private DM, no response. Joke of a service this is. Ruined my morning and after getting through. We have to wait until they investigate it

    @TSB are warning of duplicate transactions and “are aware of the problems”. What they don’t state is - will any payments and associated charges be refunded immediately.! #TSB

    @TSB you've taken payments this morning that were already paid for on the 2nd of March, when will these be refunded back into my account as I see many people having the same issue today - I am now overdrawn ! ... can't get through on the phones
