    @TSB Day 3 of no access via the app. Seriously get it sorted. Was told to reinstall app, and now trying to log in the OTP never works just gives error.

    @TSB Day 2 still have app issues. What's going on exactly? I've uninstalled, reinstalled ,tried two different Android devices and now an iPad device. I'm not even getting a code sent to my messages now. Sort this or lose a customer!

    @TSB @hilts031 I've had this problem since yesterday. I have not been able to do my groceries because it requir3s verification. Now l have one hour to do it before I can't do it again. I have kids to feed.🤯

    @TSB A decent bank, with decent customer service, and who has not closed down so many branches it is in excess of a 100 mile round trip to visit a branch!!!
