    @TSB Hi, yesterday someone attempted to take £921 from my Nationwide account. Nationwide advised me it was a payment set up through TSB. I've been on a call with you for 83 minutes so far. I've been transfered 4 times but no one seems able to help. What do you suggest?

    @TSB Trying to report fraud on account and your automated response on the phone simply refuses to acknowledge that I’m doing exactly what it’s asking. It keeps hanging up on me and telling me to start again. Please help now.

    @TSB The previous working day for your lot being nearly a WEEK before. For me, and many others, we were working on the 2nd. Anything to smack us with some charges. Also, still discrimination.
