  @TSB When you click select recipient it opens a box which you have to scroll down to read but if you scroll down it automatically closes

  @TSB hello, can you please advise why my stripe payments are not being deposited into my account? There's no issue on their end, they have advised that all funds should be in my account already. Never had an issue with this until the last week?

  Interesting, if you need to raise a payment disput with @TSB they have absolutely no processes or procedures in place for people with disabilities like #dyslexia or hard of #hearing! Let’s hope my raising awareness will help them change things for others. Or, bank elsewhere.

  @TSB farcical stuff from yet again. Errors in login, advice to reset passwords and still it doesnt work. This is the final straw, after 20 years Ill be taking my personal and business banking elsewhere

  @TSB website down all day, and advisers can't understand, they keep asking same question, lets put it very simple, the website is not working.

  @TSB Over the app. But I’ve also said the company aren’t communicating with me. TSB want me to produce emails I don’t have from them seriously? How do you produce **** you don’t have????

  @whisper_thief @TSB Im glad its not just me. Ive tried 3 different web browsers and 2 different laptops still getting incorrect username or password errors. Really losing all confidence in @TSB as its one thing after another, its ok for a few months then it starts again
