    @TSB do you guys only have one agent?! 40 minutes I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone. It's only serving to fuel my rage with what's happened with my account. Shocking service.

    @sammyc46 @TSB I’ve just seen something on Facebook. Looks like major mess up at their end! £600 gone today for us taking us overdrawn and unable to use our card. Terrible service, they should at least send some sort of message to their customers
