    @TSB I have jumped through every hoop and I've done everything you've asked and it has made no difference. It's your turn to jump through hoops and do everything I tell you. SORT THE PROBLEM AND LET ME KNOW WHEN IT'S FIXED.

    @TSB @Martin56354261 I've been having the same problem for over a week making payments online! I've also repeatedly called customer service and done all the reinstalls etc. How long until this is fixed?

    @TSB Hello! Please can you let me know when the Bromley branch will next be open? Went down at 1.40 today and it was shut with all the lights off. Website says it should have been open. Thanks xx

    @TSB I can't log into my online banking. I get this Error Message ERRSCA02

    @TSB I tried on a laptop I'd not used TSB on before - got to the login screen, it kicked me back to the user ID page with the claim that details were incorrect (they were not). If I try to click continue on User ID page now, I get the same error code as earlier.
