    @TSB @TSB what exactly do the staff do on a Saturday morning? Your website makes no mention of there being no counter service on a Saturday at the opening time section of your website (attached) - maybe note this on the opening times section. Absolute toytown bank.

    @TSB Question- what is the point of your your Greenock branch opening on a Saturday with no counter service. 3 staff doing not very much, but can’t withdraw any money. My 10yo daughter going to Eurodisney tomorrow and wanted to take out the cash she’s saved up. Farcical.

    @TSB received excellent customer service from Alice in the Swansea office! I can't say TSB customer service is always top notch but Alice's customer service certainly was.
