@prayrunfast @TSB Been with this bank over 10 years... So fed up with @TSB not having the courtesy to tell customers there's an issue every time mobile banking goes down, terrible service. Thinking of moving bank, must be better service somewhere else, surely!

@gordon_struth @TSB Been a customer for 38 years, since opening my first account as a teen. Suspect I'll be looking elsewhere very soon - these repeated major outages that last for days are totally unacceptable in this day & age. They've learned nothing from previous IT disasters.

@loreela14 @TSB They are both down. Have been for a few hours. Don't make the mistake of thinking you can just use your card to buy things, that won't work either. Cards are being declined as if there's no money in anyone's account. They're also closed for the night so they won't reply.
