  @TSB yet again the app and website is down.... need to pay bills. I want access to my online account and i want to be able to pay my bills... Shambles of a bank. At least 6 service issues a year. Leaving by close of business today

  @bxcky_x @TSB No. @TSB can see your money and they said it will get resolved but it’s taking far too long. They are going to lose more customers from another one of their calamity banking errors.

  It’s still ongoing and they are dragging their feet resolving the issue. Only TSB can see the money but that doesn’t help. @TSB get your act together.
