    @TSB It finally resolved and I can access my accounts again. But this happens too often usually at the most inconvenient time.

    @TSB ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! I've been waiting for 35 minutes. Finally and operator answered the phone but then said I need the Application fraud number!!! I rang the number YOU WROTE DOWN. YOU ARE USELSS AND UNHELPFUL and you do not check your customers thoroughly. #dontbanktsb

    @TSB Name change required on account(already done but branch lost p/work). Branches closed so how can I get this info to you? Can I email docs to anyone? Impossible to visit a branch!
