@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  • heyes_sue Sue Heyes (@heyes_sue) reported

@TSB TSB, your customers have had no explanation why this has happened, can this be more transparent please??? More importantly, is this likely to happen again and what are you doing to mitigate the risks???. As a customer can I be assured that there has been no data breach!!!

  • Paul_Coghlan Paul Coghlan (@Paul_Coghlan) reported

@TSB Read my tweet. My issue is not the TSB duplication error but the lack of specific information about it. Also, how difficult it is to speak with a TSB representative. Text bots or automated call options that go nowhere don’t work, and leave your customers even more frustrated!

  • umwhoslouise Louise ✨ (@umwhoslouise) reported

@TSB a few transactions I have paid on my bank statements have been reflected as being refunded back into my account. Can you please explain? Is this a glitch?

  • Ryannnnnn (@Ryannnnnn) reported

@TSB Hi, my o2 direct debt hasn’t debited my account & shows on the mobile app as being active with date of last payment being the 15th feb. Are there any issues with DD’s?

  • Jorarl Karl Baird (@Jorarl) reported

@TSB What is going on? Fix your computer system.

  • shoegalvics Vicki Cotterell (@shoegalvics) reported

@TSB Judging by all of my other experiences with your customer services dept, I already know that raising a complaint would be useless. I think just switching to a new bank that actually provides a decent service, will be far more effective at this point.

@TSB would love to talk with someone ASAP as been trying to sort out issues with my bank all day the online chat won't help and the phone service made me go round in circles and now there clossed I'm really not happy 😡😡

  • gordon_mcadams Gordon mcadams (@gordon_mcadams) reported

@TSB Already completed one. That’s no help what’s so ever. You should have been keeping customers updated through out the day by email, texts or calls. Or better still returned there money immediately to pay bills

@Watsley @TSB @TheSidman79 My thoughts exactly, nobody has once explained WHY this has happened. Is our money safe in the future, has their been a breech, just a glitch etc. I believe we all deserve to know why, not just sit back and trust they'll put it right. After all, it is OUR money.
