    @gillditch55 @technologytotea @TSB I went into the branch because I wanted to deal with a sensitive issue in person. I’m afraid all I got was a “computer says no”type response.

    so it is clear @TSB have no common sense and do not care about their customers. When i call you, I expect to speak to a human, not a machine, I dont want to answer 100 security questions asked by a machine. I will answer the human. Go fix your **** or i am gone
