@TSB tried to open a business account today. Terrible customer service advisor . Could not help me . Can't help me over the phone to set up an account as he is busy with other calls apparently. Do not recommend!!

@PostOffice I paid in a cheque to you Wheatley Branch on Monday. It should have showed in my account on Tuesday. @TSB are saying that your branch must still have it, but they’re not allowed to look for it until Monday. Can you help?

@sarahmccarten @PostOffice @TSB You’ll need to contact TSB on this number and this number only - 0345 975 8758. The branch won’t still have it and your TSB branch won’t be able to help, but that is the number for their Post Office liaison. Hope it turns up for you soon!

@TSB cannot log into my internet banking again. Get to the home page click 'Log in' and all it come up with is 'Cannot find this page'. It's not my browsers or connection as I have tried my broadband and mobile hotspot and 2 different browsers and cleared my cookies and cache.
