    @TSB On phone 59 minutes trying to support my deaf mother who has banked with TSB for years, being met with a brick wall and given the runaround. Absolutely fuming to the point where even she wants to close her account. How do I escalate this issue/complaint?

    @TSB It says error every time I tried I called earlier and the lady told me she’s going to try and get me some personally Should be compensated for my travel to branch as it would make it so much easier

    @TSB Really angry that even after a round trip of 840 miles to meet with my Mums branch manager that #TSB won't process or honour any transactions for my 86 year old Mum! So much stress anxiety and loss to us when we are simply trying to help her. All we get is PROTOCOL.

    @TSB absolutely furious that once again, your technical issues have meant that I’m spending hours calling you in order to pay people and access my account. On hold for the fourth time in 2 days having been told the issue had been resolved 😡 I’ll move my account when I can login!

    @TSB why did it take me speaking to 3 different people on the phone over 50 mins, for you to remove the block. Embarrassing for me, and shocking customer service from you thanks.

    Great service as always from @TSB. Way to think about the full time employees who can't just pop into a branch in the middle of the day. Why do you close counter service at 4pm?? Now I have to take MORE time off work to get simple matters taken care of. 🤬

    Is there a problem with @TSB payments? Can’t get into the app and both of my cards were declined. Both should be okay but only 1 of them is borderline (as in it might be fair for 1 to decline)

    @TSB -why have you made the bank so unfriendly, sterile and desolate to walk into? My bank has lost its character and the personnel have all disappeared. #awful #NoPersonality #Unfamiliar
