    @TSB Is there an issue with the biometrics function on the app? Everytime i try to log in with my fingerprint, i get an error message saying i need to set it up again? I was able to use it last night but then today i have had to use my memorable info everytime.

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB There are no account details in my message. You closed my main account because I could not pay enough money into it. For five years, I was too ill to work because I had serious heart problems. If you close my branch I have to find other ways to communicate with you.

    @TSB I’m looking at loans. Your website says both that “there is no fee for making overpayments on your loan” and that “we may charge up to 58 days interest on any full settlement…”. Which is it please. Both can’t be true. Is it just full settlements you charge on?!
