    @TSB Time to move banks after 20 years, it would be nice to give some ETA on a fix. This is peoples money and on payday - really unacceptable and lack of communication is going to crucify your bank.

    @tom_pattercake @TSB It's disgusting just read a tweet their, Some bloke stuck in town with a six year old no way to feed her or get home cos can't access money, And be other people in even worse situations it's took hours what a disgrace

    @TSB so the banking app has been down since 6pm last night. Can't travel to important appointments as can't use card even though there is money in my bank... I hope you're gonna compensate your customers for this MAJOR setback...

    @TSB Thank you and I completely appreciate its not your fault Beth but this is a regular occurrence. It has never been resolved properly since the big melt down. It’s weekly, sometimes several times a week I can’t access my account. Any plans to actually fix this?
