    @TSB @ZManjra123 Except it’s still not resolved and some of us actually need to access it because phone banking is useless due to disabilities. This is RIDICULOUS

    @TSB in all seriousness now, if my bills aren't paid before places close at 4.30 and 5pm are yous going to pay the late payment charge from today until Monday, assuming the website or app is back working by Monday.

    @TSB I receive bank charges on another account if I am not able to access my TSB Business banking by 3:30pm due to an outgoing amount from this account. Will you be covering these charges?
