    @Nicoladempsey99 @TSB Yes it is. I’ve just managed to cust service after waiting an age. It’s started last night and still isn’t fixed it’s a @TSB problem. Why they don’t communicate with their custs on app, website, socials to save us hours of trying to speak to someone #poorservice time to switch

    @TSB your customer service is terrible. Your app and online services are so basic that you have no option to call and sit in a queue to speak to somebody time to swap - I’m done!!

    Can anybody at @TSB tell the director Adam banks to get some staff! This is utterly unacceptable! One hour and 15 minutes in a phone queue. Sort out your customer service.

    @TSB I appear to be having the same problem as a lot of people I’ve seen reported in that no online payments are being authorised. Any thoughts on an issue/solution please?

    @TSB The exact same issues everyone else is having with authorising online payments, Tom. Your payment systems have been broken since last night so please advise when they will be fixed.

    @TSB Ok, we give up, 1 hour plus on hold with no answer, an appalling service, still locked out of account and will have to do it all again tomorrow. Time to change banks I feel.
