Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.

Use a feature from a large email provider that they thmselves recommend to protect urself 1/2
