As a well trusted and known company, our money has been stolen through hacking, and for more than 1 year, we couldn't get support by @TSB Bank PLC. No investigation was even started by TSB side to find these unsolved criminals . We will go court on this matter.

@elenoftheroad @TSB @PrideOfBritain Thank you. I don't shop except on very rare occasions because I am still shielding. But I do want to do my bit when I can. I haven't been able to find anything online about any of my local food banks- thats been my problem with making a cash donation.

@TSB A TSB business customer cannot download monthly bank statements from your website or app The customer has to visit the branch to collect a printout of the statement, what is the benefit of this? Furthermore, we cannot download more than 3 months of transactions at a time

@TSB just tried to get cash out at 3 working cash machines and every time it said error and won’t let me even put pin in? Is this just my account or tsb doing more f**cking maintenance stopping us using our accounts?!

@TSB I am seeing two transactions I don’t recognise on my account. One appears to be the Non-Sterling charge but I haven’t been abroad. One is CD **** 04NOV22 and the other is 2.99% CD **** 04NOV22. Can you help?

@TSB spent the last week either chatting to bots on your app or agent who could not help. I have been with the bank for over 32 and I want to leave as the service has been appalling in an hour of need. Extremely disappointed. 1/2

@aimeewilde @TSB Terrible Aimee! You need to move to a bank that issues an incentive. I have no issues with my bank!!!
