Does anyone actually work at @TSB fraud department?? Went to transfer money through to my other bank account for my residency and they only freaking block ALL my account access online and on app - I need to get money out to feed my kids and I’ve been on hold for 37 minutes!!!

@TSB any reason why the banking app won't let me log in? It won't even ask me for my password, it just says "We're unable to log you in right now. Please try again later" - it's been doing this for days now....

@TSB I’m trying to close 2 acc’s. My local branch shut down and I have no printer to fill out form. Tried doing it online but can’t get the facial recognition to work no matter what I do. Getting fed up with the whole thing! What do you recommend? Thanks.

@TSB wording is: "ASAP The money will reach the recipient´s account the next working day' to say 'Most Faster Payments will be received by the beneficiary within 2 hours, but it can sometimes take up to close of business the next working day." Fix pls?
