@TSB TSB has closed down all but two branches in our region and say that online banking is better. Better for who? Better for profits, shareholders and executive’s salaries. Pay day today- bills to pay and can’t login - shameful.

@TSB This would not be such a big issue, if the nearest branch isn’t half a county away and your phone lines were always busy. Why haven’t the bugs in the app been sorted by now as this is the fourth time it’s happened I think it’s time to switch banks

@TSB I can't even use my card to make a purchase in store, this started yesterday. People need to pay bills, buses to get to work, shops need to take payments - a company like yours can't afford to provide subpar service, you know how much financial damage this causes?

@TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day
