    @TSB are quite literally the worst! And their customer service is somehow even worse than the bank itself! I'd get more calling the local zoo and asking for the sloths to get me some help 😩

    @OliAshman @TSB You only need to look back in history when things were better in order to fix it. 1. Ditch workplace pensions as a requirement. People need to learn to save themselves and not be nannied. 2. Ditch employers NI. 3. Ditch min wage. Don't like the pay, change jobs.

    @TSB I’m leaving your crap bank for good. I’ve just rung customer service for help and have spoken to six Indian men, not even in this country and NONE OF THEM COULD UNDERSTAND OR HELP ME. DISGUSTING BANKING GROUP.

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    @TSB my dad needs a new bank card as the contactless doesn’t work, he tried in app however as it’s a joint account it has only sent for my mum. The nearest branch is 30 mins away and he is unconfident on the phone, can you please help

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB This is in reply to an email asking me to switch my account to you. I cannot reply to this email. This is just rude. In the banking crisis ou charged me £10.5 k in fees for this crappy service when I could not work because my sister was dying. Rethink your business model.
