    @TSB No: telephone, mobile or online banking, cash machine won't take the card and chip and pin device declines the payment. What is going on? What is the issue, were you hacked? Are our accounts safe?

    @TSB Not only have you logged me out of the Internet banking app. No advisors are avaliable for me to reset my MI so I can get back into my account, if you ever sort the problem. And to top it off my local branch is shut on Saturdays and Sundays. Why are there no staff on phones?
