@TSB I have done everything TSB has asked me to do several times including switching off my mobile before reinstalling. Last week the "payments to approve" page started working WITHOUT having to follow all the rigmarole you insist.

@TSB How long has your Internet banking service been available or what year did it start? If I guess 2004, does that mean that for 18 years u have been considering introducing download statements for Internet business banking? Or was the service previously available then stopped?

@TSB received excellent customer service from Alice in the Swansea office! I can't say TSB customer service is always top notch but Alice's customer service certainly was.
