@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..

@TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

@TSB your gallowtree branch in Leicester is terrible, always closed for staff meetings or lunch, and when you do go in, staff are rude. Just switched to you. Bad decision

@TSB I’m still sat here waiting, having been told quite curtly to sit down and wait. Is there really any point in taking this any further, when the branch is closing down anyway?! The management at this branch have always been rude, and it’s not the first time we’ve all complained. 😡

@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡
