    @Merylandyarn @TSB I haven't spoken to them yet, when you ring there's a generic message saying they are aware of this issue, so I'm hoping they'll sort it automatically. Hope you're okay, such an unnecessary stress x

    @AwokeRoseArisen @TSB It's not the energy company that is bad but TSB issue meant the payment has left my account twice 😣

    @ShairaHaque1 @TSB To be fair, they did add in on their website, there's an automated message after selecting personal account via the phone, and there's a notification on the app as well.
