@TSB I can understand that your branch at St Andrews is closed due to Covid in the branch, but it is a very poor service when the machine that provides envelopes so that cheques/money can still be paid in, is “temporarily out of service till Monday”.

@TSB your banking app and online service is playing up again, this time, I'm given an OTP and it says it's wrong when entered, also getting error messages left, right and centre, what's up? (Also, how many times?)

@TSB I’m extremely frustrated because this is every 3-4 weeks and I can’t be bothered with the anxiety of not being able to access my account when I’m in situations where I need to. I will be closing my account within the next week. Never any bother with Halifax
