@TSB The IT for this organisation is absolutely pathetic. It's barely worked all weekend. It constantly asks for a one time password and yet the glitch doesn't bring up the box to put the code in!!!!

  • AaronLewisPrice Aaron Price (@AaronLewisPrice) reported

@TSB @PrideOfBritain Instead of giving me the VW Campervan, just pay off the remaining £6.133 of my personal loan with you instead. Then i'll be happier, your bank has really gone down hill. Payments taking forever to come out of account, some pending for more than 4-5 days at a time. Leaving nothing

@CBers @TSB I am having the same issue. Mobile device and it arrives about 20-25 mins after. By that time the code doesn't work. Tried a few times both app and web page exactly the same.

@gunnmtj @TSB I'm having exactly the same problem - such a frustrating waste of time !!!!

  • boabsmith45 michael smith (@boabsmith45) reported

@TSB If the frontline services were better , you’d need less staff on phones and computers dealing with the issues of lack of service - prioritise the customer

  • _Tazmaniandevil Uncle Tap (@_Tazmaniandevil) reported

@TSB Once again cannot get access to the pathetic internet banking platform, stupid OTP routine sits for up to 5 minutes, and as soon as cancel is pressed, the text comes through. Absolutely pointless!

  • A_Clay_Tonne Ash (@A_Clay_Tonne) reported

@TSB If I report my card damaged through the app and order a replacement, will my current one stop working immediately? I want to order a new card but continue using my current one until the replacement arrives.

  • Debster1611 Debbie Robertson (@Debster1611) reported

@TSB Can you explain how i am supposed to get money out of my savings account on a Saturday when the website says there is no counted service in open stores for the whole of Scotland?

  • HelenWINSTANLE5 HelsWinno (@HelenWINSTANLE5) reported

@TSB why is the app not working again???? I can’t log on

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@TSB don't know why you need a DM, I described what is happening. This has been raised before as a fault. Surely your technical teams keep a list of what has gone wrong and whether they fix it?
