I've actually had good service from TSB on personal and business accounts and like the online side but I know plenty who have had issues. The letter they've sent you looks very amateurish and not the language I expect would meet their corporate standards.

Will this automatically drop back into my balance again in a few days time? Wayfair have said you should receive your money back in 3-5 days

Spoke to a lovely woman called Hannah yesterday about how I’ve been treated, a quick response about my complaint would be nice, you couldn’t care less.
