    @TSB 1/2 Your software you use to upload ID proof doesn’t work correctly (a common problem says your mortgage sdvisor) which has led to delays and thus missing the deadline for completion.

    @TSB No I haven't got a paying in book. I have realised that I could use an old current account with a different bank that is more convenient as my nearest TSB branch is impossible for me to get to as I am at work when it is open.

    @TSB help? I tried making a transaction a few weeks who to download an app, and I and use my card online. Can't gwt theough to fraud team no matter how long I wait!!

    @TSB 2/2 Instead of anyone telling us there is a problem, which is the only issue with our application, and someone fixing this, we’re still chasing our contacts to find out what we need to do to fix your technical issue and get the offer sent to our solicitors.
