    Lots of unhappy people in local @TSB today, being refused service by employee behind the screen, instructing everyone to use the automated pay-in machine. Great way to shred any remaining customer loyalty #tsb

    @TSB Oh, and if the approval button in the app is working you still have to enter an online password. Trying to buy something for 20 quid and thereโ€™s more security than Fort Knox. TSB you really suck.

    @TSB I've had the same number for over 15 years. I've manager to access via my Samsung tablet but still can't access using my Samsung 21 phone.

    @TSB @Thimble99137638 I also cannot approve payments on the app. The 'approve payment' button is dead and does nothing. I have tried this on 3 payments for a business account. No customer service open or chat. Totally unacceptable for a business customer not being able to order goods needed urgently.

    @TSB Are you fixing the issue with your app Iโ€™m still unable to approve payments I need to pay my billsโ€ฆ. Iโ€™m going to start occurring charges soonโ€ฆ that yes I will be sending you TSB the bill for! Itโ€™s getting ridiculous now!
