    . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life

    @TSB Just want to say thanks for wasting my lunchtime today. Went into local branch with a cheque to pay my credit card bill early (advice from website) only to be told no cos statement hasn't generated 😡😡😡

    @TSB any chance of sorting out the faster payments issue? And don't give me yer scripted response. Please provide an estimated resolution time. Or am I supposed to be without money completely???

    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).
