Glynis Castle Elliott (@Chiclanagirl) reported@TSB one of the worst banking services received in the UK. The customer advisers cannot be understood their English is dreadful. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

People need to learn to save themselves and not be nannied. 2. Ditch employers NI. 3. Ditch min wage. Don't like the pay, change jobs.

I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers
