  @TSB I have plenty of notice and even contacted the bank by phone because of the issues with the post strike and was assured a note would be put on my account which clearly has not happened. I am not happy or impressed.

  @TSB That’s my point, I work till 5 everyday and the counter service isn’t available on a Saturday.

  @TSB Hi Sophie, I have an application in progress but have been trying to call your London Cheapside location for 3 days to no answer. Pretty bad impression for a new customer that no-one in a branch, can be bothered to answer the phone.

  Seems as though @tsb don't want any new business accounts ,not a problem I will use a bank that does
