    @TSB That's impossible. Because I was using my sky broadband to write my tweet. Everything else was working all my other apps was working the only one that wasn't was tsb I even tried using my phone data and my husband's phone data. So pleased riddle me that.

    @John170277 @TSB It is a Sky issue but only affecting those services connecting via particular DNS severs. Sky have acknowledged the issue to JISC who provide internet connectivity to universities.

    @TSB how bad is your customer service? Shuts branches in Renfrewshire arranges and confirms appointment in Paisley multiple customers standing outside. No staff turn up. No help desk open. Why arrange confirm appointment and not turn up? Shocking. Get a grip. #tsbiscrap

    @TSB Bit pointless having a contactless feature then, isn't it? May as well stick to chip & pin & be done with it! Far less embarrassing than being asked to return to the till because the payment didn't go through. I'll be switching soon. Just another nail in TSBs declining service.

    @TSB I closed my current account with you quite a few years ago but I'm still getting letters about an unused eSavings account.. can this eSavings account be closed in branch? I don't remember any online login info for it etc
