Please explain why this is happening repeatedly and why despite a promised investigation I received no results or an explanation from TSB.

Clock it (@EmancipatedTym) reported. @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life

Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.
