    @TSB Tried that, gives me my user ID, which is what I've been using and when I try again I get the same error code. I can't log on the app either it tells me to set up my device, so I've deleted and re tried still no joy.

    @TSB received excellent customer service from Alice in the Swansea office! I can't say TSB customer service is always top notch but Alice's customer service certainly was.

    @TSB Question- what is the point of your your Greenock branch opening on a Saturday with no counter service. 3 staff doing not very much, but can’t withdraw any money. My 10yo daughter going to Eurodisney tomorrow and wanted to take out the cash she’s saved up. Farcical.
