@TSB tried to use the activation code you sent me for my online banking but somehow it has the wrong mobile number for the OTP? Can anyone help?

  • Jaddle Jude A (@Jaddle) reported

Hey @TSB if you're going to close down nearly all your branches at least make it easy to pay in cheques. My other bank lets me upload them on the app. Why don't you? I can't even pay it in at the post office because I don't have any paying in slips! It's 2021 #modernlifeisrubbish

I didn’t want to leave @LloydsBank - didn’t have a problem ever till they got broken up and then @TSB #christ the customer service 😵‍💫

@TSB I’ve just contacted the call centre and the whole experience was extremely disappointing and I left the call feeling very dissatisfied with TSB ‘service’ It was a very simple request yet had a hundred protocols and left holding and waiting for ‘ my system to load.’

  • glitter__fly17 Alicia Lambert (@glitter__fly17) reported from Winchester, England

@TSB I’m trying to call up as I’ve had money stolen but it’s asking me for a security code that I cannot remember. Please help 🙏🏽

@TSB Yes, I've spoken to someone after half an hour of being passed around. Yes, I'm getting a new card, though no one can tell me why I need one. I've been a customer for 39 years but my patience is wearing very very thin. Just a call or a text is all it takes...

@askpermanenttsb Sam from customer service please get intouch . €1800 gone missing since the 26 Oct from my account never made it to the @TSB account these banks just keeps pushing me around amongst themselves. #realeasemymoney

@TSB The options are not customer-friendly. They seem designed for TSB's convenience. It shd be as easy to close the account as it is to move £k out of it. There is something you can do - pass my comments onto your managers (I appreciate it's not something you have control over).
