@CBers @TSB I am having the same issue. Mobile device and it arrives about 20-25 mins after. By that time the code doesn't work. Tried a few times both app and web page exactly the same.

@AskNationwide Cheers Kerry. It looks like @TSB are the only antiquated bank who won't let me make a CHAPS payment online. A shame, as I enjoyed being a customer, but it's time to say goodbye and go modern!

@TSB given telephone number for branch because customer service couldn't assist. Calling said number for over 2 hours just to keep get automated msge - service just keeps getting worse!!!

@TSB Are you having difficulties with people not being able to log onto online banking as once again i cannot log in it doesnt seem to recognise the one time pass codes that you send me ??

@TSB Once again cannot get access to the pathetic internet banking platform, stupid OTP routine sits for up to 5 minutes, and as soon as cancel is pressed, the text comes through. Absolutely pointless!

@TSB I've wasted much of this morning trying to log in to internet banking. The system is not working - the one time codes arrive too late to work. I'm now in danger of being locked out !! Please fix this immediately !!

@TSB The IT for this organisation is absolutely pathetic. It's barely worked all weekend. It constantly asks for a one time password and yet the glitch doesn't bring up the box to put the code in!!!!

@TSB what is your advice for the elderly when all the local banks are closed down? My first thought was my 79 year old grandma can't use online banking, how on earth will those in their 90s?
