    @TSB hi are you able to tell me if tsb customers are able to pay for products bought on Apple website using their debit card yet? Last time I tried payment didn’t go through and I was told tsb were trying to solve this issue.

    @TSB Get a grip of yourself, it’s not 10 working days for each reply, it’s 10 days for a resolution. The main worry is the incompetence of the staff member that doesn’t know what they are saying as you can see from the pictures.

    @UniteSharon @unitetheunion @TSB Out of curiosity are they also getting a pay rise? A £1,000 one off payment is nice but it’s a temporary fix for a long term problem. Well done on securing the payments though, that’s great news

    @TSB It's OK, eventually someone picked up after 18 minutes and we're sorting the problem. Just don't understand why you phone your customers to automatically place them on hold? Never mind.....

    @TSB You block my card 3-4 times whilst being in America … even with notice of me being there and speaking to your fraud department on 3 separate occasions. I had no access to my OWN funds for 3 days and all Iv got after waiting a week for complaints department is an apology. Poor.

    @TSB What is the point in your pointless message telling me to respond to the Debit Disputes team? They wont respond to me, that is the issue and it seems they are uncontactable.
