    @TSB We have been waiting ALL DAY for you to sort out a balance transfer issue from around midnight. We were told it would be dealt with by midday but that was clearly a lie so where can we send the charges for failed payment and overdrafts for your mistake?

    All those waiting for your money or transfers to be done with @TSB just been told they still are trying to fix it.. And it will get at fixed at some point today.. But they didn't sound that sure. And didn't reassure me that I'll get my money. 👌👌😑

    .@TSB I have sent you a DM about my missing money from transfers I sent last night. That this issue has affected so many of your customers, and you have as of yet not out put out a statement acknowledging this is absolutely abysmal customer service. #TSB
