@TSB your gallowtree branch in Leicester is terrible, always closed for staff meetings or lunch, and when you do go in, staff are rude. Just switched to you. Bad decision

@TSB Hi TSB. Is the online banking app down?. Its not opening.

  • EmmaWilliamsIPP Emma (@EmmaWilliamsIPP) reported

@TSB is there a problem with the app? We are unable to approve payments. The approve payment button is frozen. Yes, we have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and it still doesn’t work?!.

  • CodeMasonNet Rob Mason (@CodeMasonNet) reported

Whoever is responsible for the abomination that is the @TSB Business website needs a strong talking to. A “Continue” button that automatically logs you out. Cracking feature.

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@TSB @edale_b Ah, the usual 'we don't believe you and we can't be bothered to investigate'. Working up the energy to see if business banking is accessible today...

  • ScotBusDriver Steven Arnott (@ScotBusDriver) reported

Been a customer of @TSB for 36 minutes and they’ve already locked me out of my account and no support to get me back in 🫥

  • MissCherylOlsen Cheryl Olsen (@MissCherylOlsen) reported

@TSB how can i make a complaint online about business banking?? It keeps throwing up an error. Asked for statements on numerous occasions over a 6 month period and I still don't have them. Called today AGAIN but the systems are down.

  • Devaney88 Brian (@Devaney88) reported

@TSB Hello. I’m trying to set up a standing order and getting a message saying the amount is higher than the online transaction limit. It’s a direct replacement of an old standing order for the same amount. Is there a limit or is there a problem?

@TSB get your app sorted , I have removed and added again your app because of a “blip” but once again find myself unable to authorise a payment in the ten minutes provided as the button is not working …😡

  • Tim_Hewitt1 TimHewitt (@Tim_Hewitt1) reported

@TSB Can you at least tell us they are actually working on restoring these extremely basic features that you used to provide? And then give us a time estimate, say 6 months or a year?
