.@TSB FFS! "Your password cannot be the same as your memorable information, User ID, your last 5 passwords, containing your date of birth, first name or your surname." Yet every time I try to log in, I have to think up something new now!

@TSB my mum is receiving "ERRSCAO2 sorry something went wrong" error when trying to log into desktop banking, can you advise please? She has cleared cache/cookies etc as told on the phone to contact centre. I can see this was an issue in 2020 with TSB?

@McDonaldsUK Acton High Street W3 branch is an absolute joke. Staff are a bit clueless, self-service tills hardly ever work, you could get Anthrax and an atomic bomb past "security", and your app is worse than that of @TSB - which is saying a LOT! @KFC_UKI_Help please open later!

@TSB I tried on a laptop I'd not used TSB on before - got to the login screen, it kicked me back to the user ID page with the claim that details were incorrect (they were not). If I try to click continue on User ID page now, I get the same error code as earlier.
