Gayle Allan (@ha57gma) reported@TSB extremely disappointed to make a trip to a branch (not local - it’s closed) to be told no ‘counter’ works at the weekend so I can’t pay my bags of coins in, go to the post office or come through the week. Not exactly customer service to be proud of.
