    @TSB Would have thought with the Haddington branch being closed for the last week due to burst pipes you would have workers in fixing this issue. Passed a short while ago and the place is in darkness and obviously no work happening, meanwhile customers suffer and you don`t care.

    @TSB hi! A bit of feedback re: Livingston branch. Reducing it down to 1 counter in recent refurb was a stupid decision. Massive queue for service, and there are otherwise staff hanging about unable to do transactions. Poor customer experience having to wait for ages

    @TSB From the bank that treats it customers awfully after being a customer for 20 years tsb have suspended my account and will not tell me why so my christmas pay has not gone into my account

    Disgraceful customer service from @TSB. We only want to deposit money with them but after four phone calls, several hours, lines going dead and inept agents we are no further forward. If that’s how they treat customers they don’t deserve any.

    @Soxthewavingcat @TSB Ask TSB which credit agencies they use and check them all. Just one will have the error, unfortunately you have to track down which one.

    .@TSB has launched an emergency fund to support victims fleeing domestic abuse. The bank will offer a payment of between £50 to £500, which can be used to assist victims with the cost of essentials such as travel, clothing and toiletries.
