    @TSB Thanks, I will do that. If I have used my actual physical face to approve a transaction via an actual physical phone in my possession I don’t then expect to keep being inconvenienced by payment declines. Its a farce and a poor customer experience entirely

  • ManInTheMoon_2 Man In The Moon _2 (@ManInTheMoon_2) reported

    @TSB Follow-up... Not only is this a concern viz my direct banking issues, this is an issue with my @Experian_UK credit score which had been dropping in recent weeks, despite there being no action.

  • ManInTheMoon_2 Man In The Moon _2 (@ManInTheMoon_2) reported

    @TSB You have a problem with protecting the customer's personal data. I called today to cancel a card and was told that my current address is not the address registered on my account.

    @Katyag15 @TSB Send a dm to @Robert_help_D for help!!!

    @TSB what a pile of shite your customer service is totally shocking

  • CulverwellC Jim Culverwell Premises Mentor (@CulverwellC) reported

    @TSB How about what's the name of the body that sets interest rates at the Bank of England? Not the monetary pricing committee, as your business colleagues persist in telling me, despite me pointing out the error.

  • MarkHig19435972 Mark Higgins (@MarkHig19435972) reported

    @TSB I can't give you a foreign number to ring me back in relation to my mortgage. I can't login to my account because I need to register a new number...help.

  • Girl_Remastered Debbie L (@Girl_Remastered) reported

    @TSB please explain why, when I have authenticated to the TSB app using my face, you continue to cause issues when I use the BP app to pay for fuel at the pump? Sometimes you block the transaction entirely. Utter madness when my actual FACE has been used to authorise payment

  • NellumNai NellumNai (@NellumNai) reported

    @TSB NOPE. STILL on the phone with the advisor trying to make the payment. Capital One: log in on app, enter card details, enter payment amount, click pay. DONE. TSB: 45mins on the phone trying to do the same thing. AWFUL service.

    @TSB not everyone wants to use the self service machines. Stop trying to force it on us at every interaction - especially if I'm the only customer in the bank. Sometimes just accept its quicker and we prefer to use the counter
