@tsb website and app still down!!! Can you give an update on this! What about late charges and inconvenience can you update how you will compensate for this too.

  • thembaggage baggage (@thembaggage) reported

@TSB 13:40 still gubbed. Got bills to pay today seeing as it’s Friday. This is atrocious customer service especially seeing as you’ve closed all local branches

  • Biimu07 Biimu (@Biimu07) reported

@TSB is giving me a massive ick. It’s been down for hours and still no updates. Can’t use my own money can’t even see my own money. Definitely switching. This is the last straw. Should be embarrassed 😤

  • KirkSaywell Kirk Saywell (@KirkSaywell) reported

@TSB I appreciate that Tom, but apologies don’t pay bills. All banks have problems from time to time but the frequency and duration of TSB’s outages are beyond forgiveness.

  • kezeyeah Kezzz (@kezeyeah) reported

Still cannot access my @TSB account. How ridiculous… work hard for my money and can’t even access it!

  • RobRoySLO Gary M (@RobRoySLO) reported

@TSB again more issues with the app and online banking. All we are getting is big standard message advising there is issues. How about an eta of when we can get access and how about compensation for customers who stay with TSB despite time and again issues that are not our fault

  • AdeyR101 Adrian Richardson (@AdeyR101) reported

@TSB your continued IT failures are proving too much. We can't access our money, pay bills and now with the constant having to log on to the app to approve card transaction am completely stuck. Yet you fail to provide details of when we can use OUR money! @BBCBreaking @SkyNews

  • kcjh82 Kati Hodgson (@kcjh82) reported

@TSB would really appreciate access to MY money now... its been hours

  • Stephie_Nails Stephanie Staunton (@Stephie_Nails) reported

@TSB Local banking for local people. Yet your nearest branch is a 90 mile round trip. Can’t put cheques in, app down on business and personal and can’t withdraw money! Yet have a text to say move money before 2.30! How?!

  • lesleyrbrown Lesley Brown (@lesleyrbrown) reported

@TSB It is now 2 and a half hours since the last ‘update’. A further update on when this will be resolved is essential especially since the matter goes beyond the app and internet banking. Customers have no direct access to funds. Why is the press not picking up on this?
