    @TSB Hi there. An order from Wayfair was unsuccessful due to a site crashing on the retailers end. The transaction is pending. Will this automatically drop back into my balance again in a few days time? Wayfair have said you should receive your money back in 3-5 days

    @TSB #CustomerService is disgraceful - I am now at the end of my tether having spent the last week trying to sort out a fraud. They put you on hold then you go back in a queue and have to go through the issue again and again. I am in despair 😞

    @TSB My lloyds account to my tsb savings account. I do it every month no problems but today wont let me. Spoke to lloyds said nothing from their side.

    @TanDhesi @TSB Indian scam call centres set up knowingly by India Govt whom take minuscule action. Fleecing & conning money out of vulnerable, noble citizens in U.K. & abroad. Boris PM should focus on impt issues & raise this along with *****’s release, islamphobia & anti -Sikh ideology.

    @SelaineSaxby @TSB I would suggest asking @TSB why their customer service is appalling in these situations. No manager available to speak to for 24 hours, department that sends letters won't take calls & then put through to a closed phone line. £1300 taken from my account & they don't care!

    @TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

    @TSB I want an answer today. Sick of feeling like you guys don’t give a **** about me. If you listen to every phone call I’ve had you’ll understand why I feel how I do! Horrible horrible customer service!

    @TSB received a msg yesterday saying I was getting a new card but until then I can't order anything online!!!! Why? I needed to use my card online . How long do I have 2 wait??? Not happy again with the service from tsb
