  @TSB Hello TSB - I can't access my inbox to download my statement this morning. I can log into my account but the top right hand envelope icon is missing. I've had the email to tell me that my statement is ready...but can't get at it.

  @TSB I’m trying to close 2 acc’s. My local branch shut down and I have no printer to fill out form. Tried doing it online but can’t get the facial recognition to work no matter what I do. Getting fed up with the whole thing! What do you recommend? Thanks.
