    @TSB given telephone number for branch because customer service couldn't assist. Calling said number for over 2 hours just to keep get automated msge - service just keeps getting worse!!!

    @TSB your processes are so stale and backwards, all I want to do is change my address, which when I try doing online tells me to phone customer services, when I phone your staff tell me I need to go to a branch!! Ridiculous!!

    @TSB extremely disappointed to make a trip to a branch (not local - it’s closed) to be told no ‘counter’ works at the weekend so I can’t pay my bags of coins in, go to the post office or come through the week. Not exactly customer service to be proud of.

    hi @TSB my mum is a very vulnerable pensioner who phoned you straight away for help after her whole pension was ripped out her account after buying a £39 item via an ad on daily Mail app. You did nothing for her it was pending for 4 days & u let it go out. Why? I’d like an answer
