  @TSB After 40+ years of being a customer I have realised you're basically a toy bank these days. The app suddenly stops working. Your app can't read cheques without failing every time for different reasons. Your customer support is foreign. Moving all my funds to a real bank.

  @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020
