@TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

@TSB How long does a Visa Debit card payment take to fall off? I stopped in a hotel and was not happy with the stay. The manager said that rather than issue a refund, they just wouldn't complete the transaction (no idea why). Payment has been pending since 27/09. TIA.

@TSB I used my card in a restaurant during the week and it was declined due to potential fraud. When I try to resolve this through your automated service, it times out because you have high call volumes. My weekly grocery shop has now been declined too. How can this be fixed?
