@TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

@FrancesFinnShow @TSB Certainly less than five minutes for good, valued Customer Service. My biggest gripe is people/businesses who phone me and do not leave a message when I'm not able to answer the phone. Why did they phone me in the first place if they didn't want to talk??!!.

@TSB How do people who got their cards security blocked attempting to make direct payments during the outage get their cards unblocked? Card security staff say they have no access to the internal card services.

@TSB Thanks but a stock answer isnt particularly useful. Just let your customers, who frankly see app and online banking issues monthly, know when we can expect our FULL accounts to appear again.

@TSB @LC48659273 Let’s be honest, your robo-reply is nonsense. All customers are affected on all platforms because your internal card services are broken and you have no ETA on when they will be fixed. After 2 hours of trying to get through on the phone I was finally told the real situation.
