@TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

@TSB hey thanks for closing my small Buisness account. No reason given. 40 years plus with Lloyds and then TSB. No reason given. No debt, no criminal activity. No poor credit! Don’t bank with these people they shut you down with no reason or justification.

@MhMyxacc444 @TSB The money was taken and the payment wasn't accepted. Still not got it back. The bank can't help and told me to call the fraud team! I've spoken to them in India twice, and assured the money would be back in my account yesterday! Think I'll do the same.

@TSB @DFreem82 Is anyone working today? Can't speak to complaints, can't speak to disputes, messaged sat, responded sun, then transferred to another chat queue. Waiting on a response since sun. Advised I was emailed. No email. I’m tired so coming off the phone. Almost an hr waiting its a joke

Been on chat all day and on the phone for over an hour with @TSB - all I can say is, SPEND CASH and KEEP CASH ALIVE - We are help prisoners by process we never agreed to that keeps getting more and more prohibitive. This is how tech imprisons us, stay free, use CASH!

@TSB Hi if my monthly fixed rate bond expires on 11 Nov 25 is the rate give locked down once I give my instructions I am aware the the BOE may cut rates again next week so wanted to ensure the rate I have been told is in stone
