  @TSB Purchase made on the 26/12/25. Paid on their website with my debit card. Item still hasn’t been despatched. I’ve tried contacting Zavvi through several different methods and they don’t reply.

  @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

  @TSB I’m leaving your crap bank for good. I’ve just rung customer service for help and have spoken to six Indian men, not even in this country and NONE OF THEM COULD UNDERSTAND OR HELP ME. DISGUSTING BANKING GROUP.

  @santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   Banking with @TSB is great if you; Never want to access your own money Never want the app to work Never want to see your transactions Don’t value online banking or local branches 0/10 would not recommend.
