@TSB @Minstrels79 Stop copying and pasting the same response and give people real answers with real time frames. Your service is exceptionally poor at the best of times and the fact you have to regularly take the whole app down to work on it is a joke. Respond properly!

@TSB @schof_paul Same automated reply to everyone’s questions. Bank are a joke meant to be sorted for 6am then it was 10am and now they have took the time down from there website. Worst bank ever and not even a ounce or remorse from them it’s a joke.

@TSB That’s not really helpful is it when I can’t access my accounts and move money to my current account in order to buy food etc for my children! This is unacceptable!
