@TSB Maybe a text would have been beneficial too reassure customers, Twitter is the only platform I've seen this issue raised by TSB. Theres quite a few duplicate transactions on my acc, I'm not even sure if balance is correct. No prob but communication needs to be improved re this

@TSB Hi. I completed an online complaints form on 14th Feb and had no response or acknowledgement for an issue going back to August 2021. Your website says I would have had an acknowledgement within a week!! Can somebody help plze?

@TSB Hi, I'm a customer that is affected by an upcoming Branch closure. I intend staying with TSB, however I have a query, if I pay funds into my account via the Post Office, how long is it before the funds appear in my account? Thank you.

@TSB unable to log into Business Banking (freehold account) just now; several attempts, OTP repeatedly declined. Seems to be issue at your end? So fed up with this over-complicated login for such a small account, thinking of closing it.

@TSB any kind of timeframe for getting logged back into the site? i.e any idea on when you finish updating your online banking service?

@TSB Just found about this after checking my transactions. My duplicate payments even included a £575 transaction. Why were your customers not contacted directly about this issue instead of posting a generic tweet?

@forzapufc @TSB I put a complaint in yesterday and I got back £25 for the troubles. Bearing in mind I was promised on the phone yesterday it would be rectified by the end of the working day yesterday which it wasn’t!

@TSB Judging by all of my other experiences with your customer services dept, I already know that raising a complaint would be useless. I think just switching to a new bank that actually provides a decent service, will be far more effective at this point.

@TSB I would have thought a banner on your online banking site stating the error would be the very least you could do - instead of customers stumbling onto the error. Yes you corrected it like it never happened. Like I said trust is a big deal when it comes to money.
