@TSB Question- what is the point of your your Greenock branch opening on a Saturday with no counter service. 3 staff doing not very much, but can’t withdraw any money. My 10yo daughter going to Eurodisney tomorrow and wanted to take out the cash she’s saved up. Farcical.

@TSB It's clear there is issue - payment verification codes aren't being sent out. Instead of asking everyone to DM why not just give a general statement or advice....?

@TSB cannot log into online banking, it says having problems to authenticate my log in details. (Which are correct) Keeps telling me to set up device again, which I do. Still Nothing 😡
