@TSB TSB Bank **** customer service. Card has been blocked, have been trying to contact the fraud team for the past couple of days. After wanting, over an hour line gets disconnected, call back 40mins same thing. They never answer! How do I get my card unblocked?

@TSB I don't want my debit card limit to be raised to £100. Your automated service doesn't have an option for this, nor does your on-line banking help service. Can you tell me how I go about keeping the lower limit.

@TSB 50 minutes waiting on the phone trying to get through to the fraud department as they blocked my card!! This is my 3rd attempt now each took 40 minutes then get cut off. With no call back either!!! Absolutely shocking service !!!

@SapAud @TSB It’s the wrong attitude really. Educate if you feel the need, ask for double verification, like you get with fraud flags. Don’t outright block it.
