    @John170277 @TSB t is a Sky issue but only affecting those services connecting via particular DNS severs. Sky have acknowledged the issue to JISC who provide internet connectivity to universities. See @jiscmi

    @TSB No I won't DM you privately, people need to know how poor your service is. I am getting the same error message on this outtage as the one I got the last time & the time before that AND the time before that. "We are having trouble authenticating you device blah blah blah.

    @TSB That's impossible. Because I was using my sky broadband to write my tweet. Everything else was working all my other apps was working the only one that wasn't was tsb I even tried using my phone data and my husband's phone data. So pleased riddle me that.

    @art_fashy @TSB In order to know how to respond to a given situation, you need as much information as possible to make an informed decision. When there are issues, whatever the source, it should be a simple common curtesy to keep your customers as informed as possible.

They would not publish planned roadworks (unless directly outside a branch) same as they would not be expected to check and publish every inbound route to their services. As I ask, how would they determine outages on systems they don't access or control
