    How is it that @TSB can block my account for what they think is fraudulent activity (it isn't) but then I have to be the one to call them via a massive queue to resolve the issue?

    Trying to deal with @TSB is an absolute joke, the customer service is an absolute joke. Spending around an hour on the phone at a time is a jokeeeee.

    @occulomency Just so I'm clear: @TSB close down their Netherfield branch and instead offer up a 'pop-up' in a church hall and our local MP @Tom_Randall thinks we should be 'delighted'?

    @TSB 9210358: You have entered an incorrect user ID or password. Every time I try 2 log in (my app is fine) I have reset the info 4 x's now and it still says it's incorrect. why?? It works on the app but I need online to apply 4 stuff. Help, called but even they don't know why.
