    @ShauniMcTaggart @TSB Have just called them. It's a problem with the app. Trying to approve my online shop. They said if it not back in next couple of hours I can phone the shop and pay over the phone as it seems to be just the app that is affected not card payments. Total pain though.

    @TSB when is the problem with payment approval is going to be sorted? The advice you giving is not working! And why is there no option to approve payments on desktop site?

    @TSB When will the problem for approving payments be sorted. I have tried the workaround but to no avail. I have bills that need paying today 🤬🤬🤬

    @TSB I’ve used an alternative method of payment so no longer have the option. I trust this issue will be resolved ongoing though for future payments.

    @TSB still app won’t verify the payment. Uninstalled and installed. Log out login again. Nothing works. TSB systems are bad.

    @TSB are there issues today? Payment approval didn’t work and couldn’t add credit to daughter’s Parentpay account.
