@TSB Constantly having issues like this with TSB it’s becoming a joke now it’s like every few months a issue occurs that stops me accessing MY money or you take the money by mistake it’s always IT issues you need to held accountable for once

@TSB It’s not just the app or internet banking. I can’t pay for anything, cards declined, can’t transfer money into another account, can’t even make purchases online. I understand technical errors happen with the app but nothing is working and it’s been like this all day.

@hayleyjcooper @TSB Nope not working was on a bus and couldn’t get where I needed to go bc the card kept getting declined . I’m off today and it was a trip for shopping but I’m a carer and what if that happened when I needed to go see my clients? Ridiculous 😩

@TSB Tesco are giving me 10 mins to approve a payment, and the mobile app isn't working. If you're having issues, can't you at least stop the need to approve temporarily? Going to lose a whole shop
