@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..

@TSB your Hanley branch is a disgrace! Waiting after 9am for when you should open for an employee to stick a sign on the door saying temporary closed @ 9:05am and walk away - no apologies! Terrible customer service, thanks for wasting my time #rubbish #badcustomerservice

@TSB Hello. I’m trying to set up a standing order and getting a message saying the amount is higher than the online transaction limit. It’s a direct replacement of an old standing order for the same amount. Is there a limit or is there a problem?

@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

@TSB the singularly worse business bank on earth. called to query why a payment for an apple purchase did not go through and was told there is a known ongoing issue where biz debit cards fail to pay apple and there is nothing we can do. WTF!!!
