    @TSB is it usual to have the app say i couldn't access moving money by stating "too many slaves and wives try again later" 100% not a joke it literally popped up.

    @OliAshman @TSB You only need to look back in history when things were better in order to fix it. 1. Ditch workplace pensions as a requirement. People need to learn to save themselves and not be nannied. 2. Ditch employers NI. 3. Ditch min wage. Don't like the pay, change jobs.

    Can Someone have a word with @TSB devs and make a dark mode app icon please. It’s literally the only app that lets me down for a clean UI. Oh and add some notifications options please I’d love to see in and out goings etc.

    @TSB Once again you advertise an outage from 11.30pm on Sat 6th Dec, but the site is already down at 10.30pm "whilst we make some changes ". Why do you repeatedly take your production systems offline way ahead of advertised outage start times? Are customers an inconvenience? 😡

    @TSB why is it impossible to solve a simple query without a 60 minutes Teams meeting? I had an online chat about a simple query. They emailed me with an appt, which wasn't on the date or time I asked for. Just phoned up and spoke to a human and they told me the issue could only
