@TSB This situation with your broken down software reminds me of our present governments strategy around partygate. Surprise and no knowledge of what has happened. When it happens time and time again. I do have sympathy with you, your jobs are at risk.

@TSB I know you keep referring to your complaints dept. Really, as you know I can vote with my feet and choose another bank. But that doesn’t solve the immediate problem.

@TSB lost my business banking card. Currently abroad. No way to report via business app. It’s impossible. No person icon in top left corner.

@TSB Now, this is the thing. You keep asking the customer to do things with their hardware and software. Why? To engage and pretend you are helping. The problem is with your security software. It’s all very exhausting.

@victoriacuckson @TSB Hi Victoria, can you buy online now? I’m having the same problem. Was it just John Lewis or other online retailers?

@TSB No need to be sorry, there is no confusion. Your security software is blocking online purchases and you need to fix it. I have called your customer service department and they have logged the circumstances specific to me. This does not appear to have helped. At all.

@TSB These things are important. These conversations provide information to other customers that are experiencing the same issue. I will ask my friend if she can see the conversation on her Twitter. I’m now upset about this as well as the Security software collapse.

@TSB Oh that’s disappointing, I was clutching at straws then. So Your IT technicians are in the dark as well? Usually when companies don’t have in house expertise to solve problems they call in outside help. Contractors if you will. Expensive, but might be necessary. Nearly a week now
