    @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as you are clearly not set up or trained appropriately to support business banking or inclusivity

    @TSB Well it’s hellish and useless, just been cut off by the fraud line when I was being transferred to a human. No I will not discuss this on here. I will need to travel to a branch on Monday. Utterly useless non service

    It’s wild that some 2 years after one of my debit cards got replaced has my old card stopped working with a monthly payment. Not a DD. Card payment. Only slightly worrying @TSB

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬
