    @TSB your entire CX is failing across all channels. You've taken £100s of duplicated payments from my account, your online login is down, and both your app chat & automated helpline are stuck in a horror loop. Ofc there's no human in sight. Appalling treatment of your customers.

    @TSB you've taken payments this morning that were already paid for on the 2nd of March, when will these be refunded back into my account as I see many people having the same issue today

    @TSB after 5 months of attempting to remortgage after reassurance all is approved - declined on the day of receiving funds - appalling service
