    @TSB I was entering the correct details in the first place, so I'm afraid your advice was no help and I am still unable to make the payment because apparently the acc/no. and S.C don't match with the name TSB Bank plc.

    Does anyone actually work at @TSB fraud department?? Went to transfer money through to my other bank account for my residency and they only freaking block ALL my account access online and on app - I need to get money out to feed my kids and I’ve been on hold for 37 minutes!!!

    @TSB My branch has recently been refurbished and your new customer service practices seem designed to deter account holders from visiting. Has anyone else felt this ?

    @TSB Hello TSB - I can't access my inbox to download my statement this morning. I can log into my account but the top right hand envelope icon is missing. I've had the email to tell me that my statement is ready...but can't get at it.

    @TSB wording is: "ASAP The money will reach the recipient´s account the next working day' to say 'Most Faster Payments will be received by the beneficiary within 2 hours, but it can sometimes take up to close of business the next working day." Fix pls?
