@TSB hi, been trying for the past 4 days to complete an online application to switch to a new spend and save account ( from click through from Money Savings Expert). Can’t resolve reported “technical issue” because your phone system seems to have seized up.

@TSB Sure, I took a screenshot of the message that appears when trying to log in and when I called it was machine saying no one will be able to use automated service either 😔 I just want to eat and go to work my patients are waiting for their medicine, to be fed etc this isn’t fair

@TSB Even though i'm leaving after 15 years..I'd welcome the opportunity to speak to someone senior with actual policy powers within the org, to go through the many and varied issues I've had..to help you save more customers who will leave. It is so, so bad, honestly.

@TSB Guess what..I did..after being on hold for 5 mins I was cut off. It's just incredible, absolutely incredibly, implausibly horrendous service. Why text me saying someone will call, then no call? You must be losing so many customers. Trying to use TSB facilities is a part time job

@TSB @Billy1Young TSB I’d ask you to change the terminology - “hearing impaired /impairment” is outdated & not used by deaf / hard of hearing community. I’m a TSB customer, I’m Deaf too & it sucks to see this inaccessibility, so I totally get Billy’s frustration. Please offer alternative solutions
