@TSB It's okay. It was just a private joke so take no notice of my tweet and I hope Megan can get her issue solved with the bank x

  • PussCous BrokenPuss (@PussCous) reported

@TSB I am unable to access mobile app or online banking. Error messages for both. I'd like this resolved. I also plan to move all my accounts to another bank because this is happening persistently.

  • SmileyDes Des Masterson (@SmileyDes) reported

@TSB @TSB Fraud Department (Ceri Ann & her line manager Natasha) did this again - so very paranoid by classifying calls via Relay UK as Third Parties, they insisted on speaking 'directly' to me, #Deaf customer. Repeatedly told me to go into branch.

  • lynne160583 Lynne Bryson (@lynne160583) reported

@TSB @PRErnestRead I am having the same issues and need to log in to get my earnings for the year my tax return that needs be in for no later than Wednesday. @tsb please sort this issue asap

@RishiSunak This shouldn't be allowed. If I make a bad investment thats on me, my bank should not be allowed to block transfers. @TSB refuses to transfer my funds to @Bitpanda preventing me from investing. Time for the old school banks to go the way of Blockbuster, Woolworths etc

  • MrMcCSleep Touch of Classroom (@MrMcCSleep) reported

@tsb ERRSCA02 error, doesn't recognise User ID. I've already reported it. Serious problems here! Looks like it's an on-going issue for lots of customers!

  • StephenOld Stephen Old, Commoner #German - English Freelancer (@StephenOld) reported

@TSB 1 You only open branches at times when people can't get to them. 2 Then you close them because people don't use them. 3 You tell them to use internet banking. 4. When we have problems you say the system is overloaded. We can't help you. F***** Genius.

  • JanJanlg jan oliver (@JanJanlg) reported

@TSB when did the bank decide that they would send codes to phone/mobile excessively to allow access to banking app. It's becoming very annoying. And yes, I appreciate it's done to help protect me but does it have to be at such high frequency.

  • Ramil99 Ramil Burden (@Ramil99) reported

@TSB just spent 30mins in queue as the “approve payment” in app doesn’t work. Was told it was a fraud issue. Spoke to fraud - no fraud alerts. Told to phone helpline and start again. 40 mins + no resolution + no help + don’t care. Time to move bank accounts.

  • MrMcCSleep Touch of Classroom (@MrMcCSleep) reported

@TSB given that this is happening to thousands can you not tell customers what the fix is for ERRSCA02?
