    @shezRommy @TSB Unfortunately that’s all customer services can do with replies. They can’t sort anything themselves, it has to come from higher up. They likely have been told as little as we have. The whole thing is beyond a joke 😤

    @TSB No update in the last 2 hours. Services still down, yet in that time I have successfully opened an account with another bank, and will be fully transferred to them within 10 days. Is the app/ online banking likely to be back up in that time frame?? Very poor from @TSB

    @laurah4m @TSB I’ve already ordered a new card with Barclays tsb are shambles been a 3 year disappointment with them now!!! Can’t even pay my phone bills or anything can’t even transfer money to pay on a different card roll on when my Barclays card delivers 100% closing my tsb account down!
