@Sarah22013154 @TSB The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that does not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Unitechnicrat for help. Good thing is they did help fix my acct.

@TSB is the internet banking down as trying to put in the 6 digit code to confirm logging on and it says information doesn’t match when have green ticks against everything. This has happened 4 times. Thank you

@TSB How I turn off the new authorise payment facility that takes me away from the website when purchasing over £100. I’m missing out on cash back, plus it’s really annoying.

@TSB hi, I was due to receive my new bank card on or around the 25th May as it expires on 31 May. I still haven’t received it and it’s nearing the 31st so now I will not have a working card to pay with. How can I urgently get my card?

@TSB Yes,I have dyslexia on my notes and I’ve asked for the bank to ring me, have hey? No. I have a letter of four pages from disputes, with and email address to reply, phone helpline doesn’t work refers you to a website while they narrated a list of instructions. How does that help
