@TSB you have closed my husbands bank account without reason and no one can tell him why, his account has been frozen and we are unable to access any funds, we are currently unable to pay our bills and feed our children, we need someone to call us back urgently

Appalling service from @TSB Credit card declined online and in a trusted local cafe. Helpline supposed to be open until 11pm, but automated message advises it’s 8pm! Which is it?

Hi @TSB unable to log on. You keep on sending me a security code which does not work. Last time I entered only 3 of the 6 digits but got a green tick anyway before you said my details were not correct. That was after your site crashed 3 times.

@TSB are you having some issues today? Your phone lines keep disconnecting. Have tried over 20 times on various phones and they all keep disconnecting despite full signal.
