@TSB I have tried to pay for my shopping with Tesco but the auth code hasn't been sent to my phone. I have covid, been hanging on for over 20 minutes to speak to your call centre. If I loose my slot we will have no food. Help !!

@TSB @helenisanangel If you are aware why not post something on the website so we know. Instead I called and waited about 40 minutes only to be told there are no issues currently

@TSB why can’t you just communicate with your customers and put a statement on website, APP and socials that you’re experiencing problems with online payments? Instead of letting people panic and your cust service teams get bombarded with calls?

@Nicoladempsey99 @TSB Yes it is. I’ve just managed to cust service after waiting an age. It’s started last night and still isn’t fixed it’s a @TSB problem. Why they don’t communicate with their custs on app, website, socials to save us hours of trying to speak to someone #poorservice time to switch
