@TSB Hi there, i’ve reported this issue before but it’s still not working. The app seems to crash on my iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 16.0.3. This seems to be after a restore from iCloud that the issue is present. Can you please fix it? I have deleted and re-installed but still same

@TSB - I would like access to my accounts - you’re app doesn’t find me - your branches are stupidly busy and keep providing me with excuse after excuse - I want to know why you’re app doesn’t recognise a customer of over 30 years before I bin you and move my accounts today

@TSB I am currently on hold waiting for the verification team. On that occasion I called 0345 835 3844 I have also called 0800 096 8669. I wished to transfer money to a friend and my internet access was blocked. This started on 19/10/22.

@TSB I received a cheque due to my documents being sent to my old address. I only just seen the letter and cheque but it’s from quite a while ago.. so my local branch said to ring them to issue a new cheque.
