    @TSB Spoke to someone. Apparently you are having difficulties with debit transactions online. It's really not good enough one problem after the next every few months.

    Hey @TSB is there an issue with card payments. Asda have declined 2 TSB cards despite there being funds in both accounts. Really worried my food delivery won't be paid for tomorrow 😪

    @ZoeKeeffe @TSB @waitrose Shame as I haven’t had an issue with TSB before. Apple Pay just worked so think it’s been fixed. Hope you’ve managed to get it sorted for yourself too!

    What a horrible customer service @TSB The first bank I opened an account with over 15 years ago. Im going to gradually phase them out. Customer service is very important to me.

    @kelvs97 @TSB My also stopped working, can't pay with card and my online bank just died a minute ago as well so I can't even transfer money to another card. I'm very angry

    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?
