@TSB_News @TSB I was trying to pay into an ISA in my own name and you've now blocked all my accounts and after half and hour on the phone answering intrusive questions still blocked. You might be refunding people but I now can't even access my own money. Hardly award winning.

@TSB raised a dispute over a transaction using online forms.I was unsure of which form to fill so filled both Service not received & refund not received.However, Deepak from disputes team was unprofessional hasnt read/responded to email properly. Please get in touch with me ASAP!

@TSB Thank you I will attempt this but our post office is often closed due to staffing issues so it won't be a long term solution. Unfortunately there are many banks in Truro that are open better hours or have a cash deposit machine accessible.

@TSB west Bridgford branch used to be great customer service but the powers that be think we need to change up banks and replace with terrible terrible customer service. Maybe consult customers rather than have super defensive staff who don’t seem to care about customers
