    @TSB No it does not address the issue of offering a service and not providing the wherewithal to use the service! What is the point of having the Post Office do your banking if they don’t have the accoutrements? Pathetic! @PostOffice

    @TSB No as I am going to change banks. This is incompetent and not acceptable. I am mainly housebound and to find that when I get to the Post Office and not be able to use the service because of lack of organisation, not good! No DM as everyone needs to see the incompetency of TSB

    @TSB walked to the bank to withdraw money to buy a car today and its shut.Advertised online to be open..Then when I call im told no counter service on a Saturday, what a way to save money. Always problems #debbieout #fsa

    @TSB Hi. I was given an email address to contact but simply cannot get one of your depts to respond all week. Branch absolutely no help whatsoever.

    @TSB anyone else having trouble doing international transfers- it’s outrageous and system has been down for 36 hours….. not fit for service @TSB

    Despite several failed attempts by your chosen Co. Innovation Group. Multiple emails/calls they have let your clients down again. AA to be sorted for Monday to allow bathroom removal. However NO AA organised. @TSB @AvivaUK this is not TCF this is a shambles

    @TSB the worst bank- no branches within 45 minutes of where I live (LONDON)- their online banking is a total joke. Max transfer of 10k - international banking is down. No shame
