@TSB Is there a problem with OTP? I've been trying to get into Internet banking for days. It gets as far as "We have sent you a One Time Password" but nothing comes through. Have tried different browsers and the app.

@safetynetnorth @TSB Very sadly there is nothing at all in the @TSB announcement that tells male domestic abuse victims, who represent every third victim, whether they can seek help through this helpful scheme. If it is for men too, they need to clearly state that it is.

@TSB it worked this morning. I know your website was never properly fixed after the 2018 disaster so this is probably another example. The babble text that appears during the authorisation process shows that no-one is checking. I would attach a screenshot but twitter faulty too!

@TSB U r closing the last branch close to where I live. U av never asked customer's 4 their opinion u just use footfall data n the excuse ppl r going online more. Bad show n it will backfire leaving customers isolated.
