    @TSB so, the app has been down AGAIN ALL DAY! How many more times are we expected to accept your pathetic meaningless apology when you do absolutely nothing to prevent it happening again! How many times has you app been down in the last 12 months? 100% more than any other bank!

    @TSB Tried to pay a bill for my sons accommodation. Came up error 244 & told me to call a number. 35 mins later still on hold so gave up. My son leaves tomorrow morning and has no idea if he has anywhere to stay. Local branches all closed. I think I will be moving to another bank

    @TSB Everytime I try to log into the app using fingerprint it keeps saying somethings gone wrong but when I log in using memorable information it logs in everytime.

    @TSB It is not acceptable I had to explain to my daughter in a pack shop that she had to wait for family member to bring money so can feed her cause couldn’t access my own money

    @TSB The worst thing in the world was I was in Sainsbury's and I had to have a trolley rescan, I joked I wasn't trying to run off with anything but when I tried to log in to my app to transfer some money I couldn't it kept saying oops something went wrong !! Thank you TSB !!
