    @TSB Thanks, called and *hopefully* all sorted. Not sure if customer adviser can be traced, didn't catch her name sadly. Just wanted to put a note through for her supervisor. Really polite, well mannered, issue resolved in 10 mins, really great service and a credit to TSB!

    @TSB no, as mentioned you lot sort it out. Browser is firefox. No error message. Do your own testing or pay me normal daily rates to do it. Around £500 is acceptable.

    @JayneJo911999 @TSB 1 hour 20 minutes I tried to speak to someone that would help, transferred 3 times and ended up getting cut off. I’m currently waiting 31 minutes. Maybe it’s time to move my account

    @TSB No one seems to want to help, just keep transferring me to another department. Really bad service, over 2 hours I’ve wasted on the phone today and still no one has helped with my query. Time to move my account #BadService #PoorService
