    @TSB Stamford Hill branch. Two out of four tellers. Only one self-service machine out of three is working. 8 - 10 people waiting. You can do better.

    @TSB do you guys actually have ANYONE working in your fraud department? I've been on the phone for 2 days now trying to confirm charges were mine so my internet banking gets unblocked and NO ONE is picking up

    @TSB my card no longer works at pay at pump machines at Tesco filling stations. This is the same at multiple locations and having a quick look on Twitter, I am not the only one with this issue. As a disabled customer, I would like this resolved ASAP!

    @TSB tried to open a business account today. Terrible customer service advisor . Could not help me . Can't help me over the phone to set up an account as he is busy with other calls apparently. Do not recommend!!

    @TSB Hi guys I'm frustrated that system issues are still happening I've emailed the CEO who has passed it onto the head of customer service. When will someone contact me I'm unwell it's being affected by the issues I've raised. I'm concerned it's not being dealt with seriously.
