    @TSB I'm able to login normally via my browser but even after uninstall and reinstall I can't login to the app? Is it down?

    .@TSB why can't I speak to a person about my mortgage? I've requested two call backs, had none, phoned the local branch, had no answer, online chat was no help and told speaking to someone in a local branch is not an option. Why is it so difficult to speak to an actual person?

    @TSB @the_staveros 100% a lazy member of staff cutting off calls as they come through to help get their average call time down for the day.

    @TSB Just spent a long time on the phone trying to speak to an advisor, but nobody's home. Why all the secrecy on your website about when it will be possible to to speak to someone?

    No fraud has been committed. There was never any basis to believe any fraud was committed. I merely attempted to transfer £5k from one of my accounts to another, passing all security. How can @TSB justify locking down all my accounts, my internet banking..then be uncontactable?

    @TSB is there an issue with sending payments to people? I put last night to pay a family member some money and definitely put to pay as soon as possible yet no money has gone into his bank or left mine. Also says it’s pending if I click his bank bit on the list.

    @TSB I mean..this response says it all really doesn't it Alex? Not your fault personally, but what kind of service is that? I've done absolutely nothing wrong, passed all security, TSB frozen my accounts..and clearly expect me to spend HOURS trying to contact you. What a joke outfit

    @TSB I am currently on hold waiting for the verification team. On that occasion I called 0345 835 3844 I have also called 0800 096 8669. I wished to transfer money to a friend and my internet access was blocked. This started on 19/10/22.

    @TSB We have been on hold to the verification team for 30 mins! I will be making a complaint. I have been a customer of the same branch since 1986 and have never experienced such poor service. Tomorrow I will close my account
