    @TSB Keep getting this message on your site: We're sorry, but we're experiencing some technical issues with the service. Please call us on 0345 835 3844 etc. Service temporarily unavailable It hasn't been working for months. Can you fix it? πŸ™πŸ™

    As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

    @idonttwit2 @Ginger_Tucci @TSB I've not had any issues with the sanny app. Halifax is ok so is nationwide

    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb
